I have consistently experienced poor service from Vox, particularly when it comes to support and outage management. Their support processes feel unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, often creating additional obstacles rather than helping customers resolve problems quickly. Simple issues become time-consuming exercises in navigating systems, repeating information, and waiting for responses. More concerning is the apparent lack of urgency when dealing with downtime. Service outages and connectivity problems seem to be treated as routine inconveniences rather than serious disruptions affecting customers who rely on these services daily. Downtime appears to drag on far longer than it should, with limited communication and insufficient urgency shown toward resolution. Reliable internet has become essential infrastructure, not a luxury service, and customers deserve support processes and outage responses that reflect this reality. Unfortunately, my experience has been that Vox consistently falls short in these areas.

Vox is literally taking advantage of clients with their broken systems and refusal to cancel or downgrade lines. I downgraded my line and received a bill of over R2000.00 when I disputed this they just cut my line. Their excuse was I never accepted the quote which sent in email and was a BROKEN LINK THAT DID NOT WORK! I spoke to a consultant who guided me through the customer portal and confirmed everything is okay but now they say that the person I spoke to does not exist???? Do yourself a favour Afri Host or Direct Axxess. Vox is full of it! They don't even have a complaints department when you request escelation. Can you believe it???

Yesterday, I called Vox regarding fibre installation, but I did not receive a callback after waiting for two hours. I then called again and requested another callback, but unfortunately, no one contacted me.Today, I decided to buy airtime and call again. Luckily, I was assisted by Johan Venter. My apologies for the frustration I took out on him, but he managed to assist me very well, and I understood everything he explained However, I am still dissatisfied that I never received a callback. I have a branch on Bloemfontein, and the internet there is more off during the days than on, i am running a network there that has Vox fibre, i can tell you that your service there is horse dung. We have logged numerous tickets to get this sorted but no one calls me back or tries to help and resolve this. Is this the type of busiess support from Vox? Please get this sorted. Very disappointing experience with Vox Telecom. I am now going on almost 2 weeks without an internet connection, after previously experiencing another full month without service. Despite numerous follow-ups and several managerial escalations, the issue still remains unresolved. The lack of communication, delayed response times, and failure to restore the service have been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected far better support and accountability. I sincerely hope this matter receives urgent attention so that no other customer has to go through the same experience.
