No connection and still waiting in technician

I have not had connection for the past week When I contacted vox I was told a technician will come on Saturday fine I waited till Monday I was told 3 working days today is Thursday when j follow up I'm told the technician will contact me I must wait I am still being allocated a technician it's going to be a week now and you'll debit money from my account next week but I do not have any connection. I work from home I am losing an income not working.

**** service from Vumate and Vox

Vumatel/Vox are one of the worst fibre service providers I have ever contracted with. Its now 3 days without stable internet. Both my wife and I work from home and their incompetence are affecting both of us. When you call Vox you get told that you are actually contracted to Vumatel yet Vumatel tells you that any connectivity issues are meant to be resolved by your ISP. I then ask to get Vumatel's contacts to escalate the issue I then get told I cant call them since they don't have a contact centre. I called Vox more than 3 times today with an average waiting time of 25min for each call, I spend my money paying for a service that they are failing to provide me and now I need to spend my airtime requesting to be helped and I'm being given lame and poor service. What's the point of agreeing to be a 3rd party service provider when you can't help the clients. I get charged a lot of money for the inconvenience I get.

Very dissatisfied with Vox.

Vox and Frogfoot has been giving me the run around for months now I’ve been reporting intermittent to no connectivity on my link and they’ve been logging tickets but not even once have they sent someone to actually check the link. It’s been way over 8 months now and every time I reach out they’d just reset the link and it’d work for about 2 hours or so then it starts acting up again. Today I’ve reached out to them 3 different times due to not being able to work because of the bad connection and the person who assisted me the 3rd time was just not interested and they just wanted to get me off their chat. I work with fibre so I’d know if it was an issue that is caused by maybe something blocking my signal but I’ve ensured that there are no such interruptions where my installation was done. This has become a problem for my work as well as my children’s school work as it doesn’t work half of the time. I noticed that as soon as I reached the 1 year mark on my contract everything started becoming very bad

Fantastic service from Wanda Caslo Mtolo

I am so very impressed with the service Wanda Caslo Mtolo has given me! I met him yesterday (he had a stand in my neighbourhood), and by this morning, I'm already signed up for fibre :-) (He probably could have signed me up yesterday already, but I needed to finalise the package choice with my hubby last night :-D). I'm actually switching to Vox Fibre due to 4 months of connectivity issues and lack of support from Telkom - if this is any indication of the service I'll continue to receive from Vox, I'll be one supremely happy customer! All I say otherwise, is thank you... :-)

Vox Complaint

I have a fibre line through Vox Telecoms. Recently we moved house. I asked them to move my service to my new location. The connection was connected on the 12th of March. My debt order for March goes through on the 15th of month. Which should have been debited for the amount of R685. I noticed the debit order did'nt go through, reason being insufficient funds. There was money for the R685 to go through. This morning I contacted Vox only to be told that I must pay The R685 for March and a extra R504 from the 12th March for remaining days of March. So I am paying twice for one month. If this is the case then I should be billed pro rata from the 1st until the 12th and then again pro rata from the 12 until the 31st. I was not even informed about this, I however was told that an extra amount of R50 will be added to my new month's invoice for the new connection. There accounts departments Manger was to call me regarding this and no one has called as of now. I have been with Vox for more than 5 years, never had any problems, this complaint is the 2nd issue in less than 2 weeks. Thanks Shelene I have paid the R 685 this morning.

Frustrated Customer

Shocking service! I can never get hold of your team. Trying to resolve any issue with VOX feels like pulling teeth. Tickets are closed without the problem being resolved, and your team cannot be reached for follow-up. Please note, being business owners does not mean we are available to take calls at any given moment. If an issue arises, your team should follow up to ensure it is fully resolved before closing the ticket, rather than waiting for us to call again. I have only but experienced frustration when dealing with VOX.

Vox Telecom issue

My subscription increased and I wasn't aware and it was my fault coz I didn't read my emails. So I then owed R74 difference on my subscription. I made an arrangement to pay it on the payday and I paid an amount of R100 instead of R74. But Vox suspended my account and I only realised it at 19:00 pm that I'm actually offline and I needed to submit my assignment. I was told that they can only assist me the next day as the rest of the guys from billing are not at work. I've now missed a deadline meanwhile I'm expected to pay on time but the service is actually cra**

Lack of service

On the 11th March I contacted Vox technical support. After trouble shooting it was determined that the router was faulty. Next step was for a Technician to come out and replace. It's the 16th of March and we have been without connection for 5 days. After multiple calls still no technician has been allocated. On the last call on the 16th March I was informed by the call center person that he has no idea why no date has been allocated to my ticket number. Worst service I have received from any service provider.
