Poor Support and Service
Good Day Vox. I have a branch on Bloemfontein, and the internet there is more off during the days than on, i am running a network there that has Vox fibre, i can tell you that your service there is horse dung. We have logged numerous tickets to get this sorted but no one calls me back or tries to help and resolve this. Is this the type of busiess support from Vox? Please get this sorted. 28 May 2026, 07:35After a two calls from Vox Support Agents, i had some hope. But not anything came from it. The ISP fibre service went OFF again. This is how reliable a VOX Busniness Fibre line is. No support and if they call you they just blame the up stream provide. I dont want to see or hear about the upstream provider. We dont pay them, we pay VOX. If you cant solve your problems with your upstream dogs, please dont make it my issue. Just get my connection sorted.
