Poorest internet ISP Service in the Country.
Again 5G is of, no excuse. This is the last ****** straw. Please arange for my account to be cancelled. I am, tired of this nonsense.. Raib went off at around 21 :50 and its running on 4G. I am not paying for 4G service and i am tired of this excuses. Please arrange to come fetch your equipment in the street. i am throughing ut out. Have a nice NIGHT!!!!! You have my contact number. come fetch your equipment and i will expect a refund on my account as well.!

And once again! 05:22 AM no internet! This is pathetic service and poor ISP management. Will we ever have a month or a year without ISP failure and some success stories? With Rain it is not likely. Sort out your poor service delivery and unreliable Network.

Rain must Fall
Well again i can say Rain has fell down the gutter. no 5G service and no response. Even the irritation of their AI whatsapp system is something to get mad about. How absolutely predictable. Let me tell you how it started, i saw a increase in Latency, line being burned by the active usage in area, then slower speeds and guess the rest, 5G service went down, and let me tell you the last time a tech told me something ran out of fuel, is the tower running on a generator all the time, That will explain the high internet cost for me!!! This is unexceptable. Well i am looking into other 5G unternatives. Rain Must Fall..

Poor internet Latency and International speeds
And once again High Latency and poor international speeds. I dont think Rain has the capacity to maintain links quality and keep it stable. Or maybe is it just simple maintanance. This is Review experiance 15 for the new year, will i hit the 100th mark before the end of January. Please sort this out , once again, and fix it for good.

POOR internet Speeds
WOW. Never have i seen this type of speeds in my life for 5G 9.7MB up and 9.8MB down. This is Bull****. I use to get anywhere between 150Mb down and 35Mb up. Where is my speeds. Fix it ASAP.... And worst of all they JUST take the money and carry on with this POOR internet Bull****.
