Very disappointing experience with Vox Telecom. I am now going on almost 2 weeks without an internet connection, after previously experiencing another full month without service. Despite numerous follow-ups and several managerial escalations, the issue still remains unresolved. The lack of communication, delayed response times, and failure to restore the service have been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected far better support and accountability. I sincerely hope this matter receives urgent attention so that no other customer has to go through the same experience.
Had an excellent experience at the Centurion Systems product training at the Soweto branch. The session was informative, practical, and well-structured—definitely added real value to my technical understanding. A special mention to Sindani Mbambo, Sales Executive, who was truly exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, and very engaging throughout the training. He made complex concepts easy to understand and ensured everyone was included. Im contracted to Vox Telecom which is using vodacom infrastructure. I have reported a technical issue for now 2 weeks and have had no response. Vodacom simple don't care. At one point i had to cancel my contract and was forced to come back as it is the only infrastructure available at our estate. I feel I am being held at ransom here im working at home and also home schooling. Everything is not working for now 2 weeks.
I was assisted by Bongani on how to configure my router it was seamless and he was outstanding he knows his job very well thanks to Vox
