In spite of many phone calls from me to Vodacom on average an hour a day and from your office to me VODACOM fail to rectify my account permanently. Every month you credit the account but the next month you debit the account with even more ILLEGALY! This month I refuse to pay it now you harass me 20 times a day with phone calls. THAT IS ILLEGAL and fail in customer service!
I have had 2 Top Up lines for more than 2 years. Vodacom has been unable to send me an account for many months. However as a set top up I continually paid the set amount as per the contract. Out of the blue in November you notified me via Voicemail it was R 22 short. No one not even your local Regional Manager could get to the bottom of where it came from.
