I have consistently experienced poor service from Vox, particularly when it comes to support and outage management.
Their support processes feel unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, often creating additional obstacles rather than helping customers resolve problems quickly. Simple issues become time-consuming exercises in navigating systems, repeating information, and waiting for responses.
More concerning is the apparent lack of urgency when dealing with downtime. Service outages and connectivity problems seem to be treated as routine inconveniences rather than serious disruptions affecting customers who rely on these services daily. Downtime appears to drag on far longer than it should, with limited communication and insufficient urgency shown toward resolution.
Reliable internet has become essential infrastructure, not a luxury service, and customers deserve support processes and outage responses that reflect this reality.
Unfortunately, my experience has been that Vox consistently falls short in these areas.
