Vox is literally taking advantage of clients with their broken systems and refusal to cancel or downgrade lines. I downgraded my line and received a bill of over R2000.00 when I disputed this they just cut my line. Their excuse was I never accepted the quote which sent in email and was a BROKEN LINK THAT DID NOT WORK! I spoke to a consultant who guided me through the customer portal and confirmed everything is okay but now they say that the person I spoke to does not exist???? Do yourself a favour Afri Host or Direct Axxess. Vox is full of it! They don't even have a complaints department when you request escelation. Can you believe it???
I went to Pedros on Wednesday to order a half chicken and chips meal. The lady serving me said she made a mistake and that she will bring me my order and DID NOT GIVE ME A SLIP. I then stood there as I watched other people getting served and getting their meals for more than 30 minutes. I then complained and they just said "it's coming" them pretending like we do not have jobs to get back to! They gave me my meal, still no receipt, no apology, nothing. I got back to work and my lunch time was over. Not cool
I would just like to thank the lovely Charlene Viljoen from Ooba Home loans for being such a star. I ran through many possible home purchases asking her for advise and she always assisted with answering questions and guiding me through the process. On top of that she managed to get me a loan at a ridiculously below prime percentage. I strongly suggest reaching out to her should you be making the big move of buying a house. 10/10
I took out a loan with Bayport some time ago and these people constantly report that I have missed payments to the bureau even though I made payment in time. I have made multiple complaints and their turn around time to reply to an email is between 24 hours minimum to infinity because if you have a real complaint they just don't reply. They never answer their calls and when you get through and complain they drop the call on you. They increase your interest rate higher and higher the closer you are to finishing your loan. This company is a ****! I have been trying to close off my account yet its near impossible to get anything out of them. 0/10
I have signed up for debt review with New Debt Plan and recently a multiple amount of my debts have not been paid. I logged a complaint as an irate client and Solomon who is rude and unprofessional has responded threatening to ignore my Emails. I have requested feedback yet he gives bland rude answers just telling me that if I am irate he will ignore me and has never provided feedback. What kind of company threatens to ignore a client??? I will make it a point to have this escalated as far as I can because 1. They are not doing their job and 2. Solomons service is the worst I have come across in my life!
About a week ago we ordered 8 Wings and BEEG chips from Mochachos Norwood through Mr. Delivery. The order took over an hour fifteen minutes to arrive. When it arrived the meat was dry, cold and they forgot to add the wings sauce. The wings sauce is the only reason those wings are so amazing and it wasn't there. To make matters worse in the sides we ordered I found a smal piece of some sort of packaging in the food. Worst experience from one of my favourite restaurants and Mr. Delivery. We complained and Mr. D only gave us a R20 coupon... R20???

The KFC branch in Kengsington has the worst service I have ever received from any restaurant in my entire life. Every time I go there at night times i am greeted with a rude lady who has no respect for clients nor do they know how to speak to humans in a humane manner. it is disgusting. Last night I went to order dunked wings and they advised me that ALL OF THE CHICKEN IS NOT READY! Nor was there ice cream. I mean, you sell chicken only but none of it was ready???? At that time of night? The lady was so rude about it and constantly mocked me or ignored me when talking and just LOOKED AWAY when talking to her. They did not want to give me a receipt until I demanded it too! I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS NOW!!!!!!!
I ordered a pizza from Del Forno Park Meadows last week and the Rocket on the Pizza was super dry and wasn't washed at all! I literally had sand grinding in my teeth after ever bite and had to throw it away. I always order from them and every time the pizza was beyond amazing but this literally left a sour taste in my mouth. Please look into these things, it is unhealthy and unprofessional.
<p>So me and my girlfriend went to the KFC in birchleigh south for a meal... usually KFC is a easy and good spot to get nice food however this time I was proven wrong. We went through the drive through and placed an order. As we were driving away I searched the packet and they didn't give us any drinks as ordered. So now we had to drive back to tell them we want what we ordered. Now we decided to eat inside since we were already inconvenienced. Then it gets worse! I ordered a street wise two with a mini loaf and when I bit into the mini loaf it tasted stain and disgusting... I had to spit it out. Just to find out that they GAVE ME AN EXPIRED MINI LOAF. I mean... isn't that illegal? I I went to complain...again. and there wasn't even an apology. All they done was talk amongst themselves about my complaints and gave me another mini loaf that expires in two days as well... not fresh at all! This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend KFC after this event. I'm disappointed! </p>
