an unresolved issue with an order I placed through the Mr D app. I initially placed an order which I later cancelled due to the extended delivery time. The payment for this order was made using a WI voucher valued at R250, along with a card payment of R5. While the R5 card payment was refunded, the voucher amount has not been returned. On my first call, I was advised to contact Capitec, as I was told they had processed the reversal. After conducting their investigation, Capitec confirmed that Mr D is still in possession of the voucher and that no refund was processed on their side. I then contacted Mr D again and was informed that the voucher had been voided and could be reused. However, when I attempted to use the voucher, the application indicated that it was invalid. I followed multiple troubleshooting steps provided by different agents, all of which were unsuccessful. Despite this, I was once again directed back to Capitec, with Mr D stating they are unable to assist further. This ongoing back-and-forth has been both frustrating and time-consuming. To make matters worse, during my most recent interaction, an agent imp**** that I was blocking other customers from receiving assistance, which I found highly unprofessional and dismissive of my concern. I request that this matter be urgently investigated and resolved. Specifically, I expect the R250 voucher to be reinstated or refunded without further delay, and for appropriate attention to be given to the handling of my case.

Comparing Mr D and Checkers sixty60 these days, Checkers is the ‘stering’ Shem! They used to be on parr but these days MrD is the slowest coach Shem! Use sixty60 for faster deliveries!

on the first of march i ordered groceries from mr D app at pick and pay i had to wait 3 hours for the food to be delivered which had items missing i then followed up they said they will refund me for items they didnt have but made me pay for until today i havent recieved my money friday l spoke to Nikitta who is very *********** and made promises that friday id get my money until today nothing these people are money ****mers do not use their services

Re: Unfair treatment of Mr D drivers We're writing to express our frustration and concern about the treatment of drivers under the Morningside branch in Durban. As independent contractors, we feel we're being controlled like babies, with unrealistic expectations and little support. Specifically: - We're forced to accept orders up to 11kms away for R27.50, which doesn't cover our costs - We're charged for rejected orders outside our radius, which is unfair - shouldn't we control our own service areas? - Our vehicles are being abused with excessive wear and tear; we're paying installments, insurance, and maintenance - you're not covering these - We receive suspension letters for declining orders that are too far, limiting our earning potential - Allegations of *******ion for shift allocations are rampant - Delayed order charges are unfair - we're not the only ones on the road - Penalties for "damages" or issues with our cars are excessive, considering we cover all expenses - We're being charged for 3rd party cover when our insurance already includes it We're struggling to make ends meet with the deductions and fees. Food gave me stomach bug and its the second time complaining with no action and then they have a tendancy of being late when its raining and not updating . Really disappointed

I placed an order and saw it was being collected nearly an hour after ordering. Without notice or communication they just canceled my order. I had to wait and eventually log in to see. The call center was just as useless. No sense of customer service to even inform me and apologize. Doesn't happen with Checkers or Woolies.

I ordered food from chicken licken on mrD app, the food was cold. Mr D is asking me to send them pictures, how on earth can a picture show that the food is cold? I have been waiting for feedback since yesterday, and this morning I was chatting with their agent on WhatsApp, he just ended the chat while I was talking. He sent me a R20 voucher saying he is compensating me, for a meal that I paid R130 for. I don't want compensation, they must deliver hot fresh food, not weekend left overs.
