I ordered a chair yesterday and PAID for next‑day delivery. I was told delivery would happen between 08h00 and 19h00. I stayed home the entire day waiting. After 18h00, I suddenly get told there was a “delivery attempt.” That is FALSE. No one called, no one knocked, no proof of any attempt. To make matters worse, your own website says call centres are open until 19h00 – yet when I tried to call at 18h00, I was told you were CLOSED. That’s misleading and dishonest. I demand: Proof of the supposed delivery attempt A proper apology for wasting my entire day A refund for the “next‑day delivery” fee OR delivery of my chair TONIGHT This is disgraceful service. I have just had the absolute worst service from your advisors on secure chat. My account is being charged daily, now up to R5100+. I want to understand, how is my account in the minus. I am currently in the process of debt review, and my overdraft was removed. BUT somehow my account is now in the minus??? I have messaged to ask how this is possible, and what is happening with this account, to which CHARITY, who did not greet, sent me my transaction history and nothing else. I am not an idiot, i am enquiring about that specifically. She ended the chat. I then had to start over again with another agent, who was sending me the info of other clients instead of my own and clearly did not understand what he was doing. All I am getting is half answers as to what caused this. I am disgusted at the service and the way they do not care about their clients or how they talk to them. I pay SO much money in interest, home loans, loans, bank feed, more bank fees, CHAGRED 200 for a failed transaction (HOW is this feasible?).. and this is how you treat your private client? I requested a call from a manager and they put in a call back request. No manners, no sense of urgency, no compassion and STILL no explanation as to how my account looks the way it does. I HAD money in my account, woke up and i was 5k overdrawn on an account with no overdraft. I NEED someone to call me NOW and FIX THIS because it is ON FNB not ME. You are toying with peoples money, this is a serious business you are in. I will not recommend FNB to any person I know going forward.
