I have ordered four lenovo laptops for my staff, in the same month. Two of which are not working optimally, I have contacted Takealot and sent both laptops in for repairs - one laptop, nothing was done, after two weeks, the laptop was returned with the same issue. The second laptop, was with providers for over a month, and was returned in a worse condition that what it was sent in. I have logged returns again both requesting a refund - I am told that the issue cannot be dealt with takealot, but rather with the supplier, and that a refund cannot be promised. This is appaling, this entire process is holding up my business and my staff cannot work this way, the delays are ridiculous and there is no sight of resolution.

Delaying delivery after they incorrectly dropped off at incorrect pick up point. Delivery dates shifted numerous times. Ridiculous amount of emails and phone calls sent back and forward probably had a talk with every single one with a phone there. All with different feeback and contradicting info. Worst of all this is an item that was ordered to be installed to reduce with water supply issues for someone as there are constant lack of water. Escalated to their management but still no response. 14 days it takes them to still do nothing and not provide a single clear and valid explanation of what is going on.

I have been battling with a credit for over 6 months for an order worth just over R5000. Takealot cancelled my order and locked my account without any reason and are now making claims to have credited my account but cannot give me proof. This is rather ******** behaviour as it clear theft. We work for our money to ********** like this by businesses that we thought we could trust. Takealot is clearly a **** now.

First I bought a airpump mattress the box came and was clearly opened and resealed and the pump was missing. Take alot too it and never came back or refunded my R1400. Just silence

I purchased a super fast charger from Takealot but it was only a fast charger and not as advertised. I asked for a refund which they credited me but did not credit me the courier fee of R40. I find it unfair that an incorrect item is sent by them but we still pay for the delivery/collection fee when purchasing initially

I ordered ChetaThin capsules and they sent me an empty box. I called and returned the box at Fores**** Pick-up Point and there s still no communcation for my refund. REf: MRRN-H6NOB-NOVW I want my money back.

My takealot account was locked last year around October 2025, due to misused of a coupon that's what they said of which I don't know,I try so many times to understand why was it locked and the answer will be "misused of a coupon" still investigating that will be their answer also,,,I keep on emailing them what to find out an update but they all keep on saying one thing of the past 5months "pending investigation" this is totally draining and unacceptable,you can not lock my account and not keep me updated whatsoever. You don't take your customers seriously your service really sucks,those takealot admins have no customer service at all. You want to tell me from last year October you are still investigating? Arg you takealot people your service is really bad and annoying
