I bought a shoe rack at Takealot in April 2026. Upon arrival, I stored it since I was due to move in May 2026. I opened the item when I was at the new address 6 weeks later, only then did I realize that the item was wrong; it was what looked like a desk, far from the shoe rack I ordered. I immediately logged an exchange, and the system allowed it since the warranty was listed for 6 months post-purchase date. The return was dropped off at one of the pickup centres, and 2 days later, an email reply was received stating that the return was past 30 days. They will be returning the item to an address that I have moved from, and I do not receive it, they will deem it abandoned and destroy it. The nerve!. Zero accountability for sending the wrong item and the condescending response. I am super annoyed.

Your driver was so rude. Hooting loudly at the gate disturbing the entire neighborhood. You are given a phone number for a reason. I never had a pleasant experience with Courier Guy. Never again.
I just ordered a basket of groceries at PicknPay Tshwane Mall today, 08 July 2024. Delivered by Mr D an hour later. The milk was bitter, only to realise the chocolate milk expired on 02 July 2024. It's rather disappointing and dispressing that this product was still on the shelves and delivered to the customer (me). Fix this and do better PicknPay. Order: GROC213226702
I placed and paid on 21 September 2023 for 4 dresses. 6 weeks later only 2 dresses were delivered. Hideous dresses, they look nothing like what they advertised. I was then told 2 other dresses were out of stock. I requested a refund. To date, nothing It's been weeks now and my comms on whatsapp is ignored. So annoying.
I see you don't bother replying to disgruntled customers. Don't being pathetic Virgin Active. Contract ended, it was canceled yet you keep deducting every month. You ignore emails and keep us holding for hours on the phone. Stop being pathetic, just stop.
I'm not surprised by the worst reviews you're getting. Your service is APPALLING RAM. I don't use your services I've heard worst experience before with you. I only ended up in this situation because Clicks uses you for their online orders. I have a good relationship with Clicks and it spans many years, I won't be using their online service again because of RAM. This morning I get a call from RAM couriers asking for directions which I provided. When they get to the house, they made so much noise with the hooter and even woke up my mom. As to why they didn't call me like they did before, only the devil alone knows. I complained about the unnecessary noise and that was totally disregard and met with backchatting. All I need was a delivery not waking up the entire neighborhood with a hooting marathon. That was rude and totally unprofessional. I called this out behavior out and they decided to leave with my package I paid for. In a few hours their head office called to arrange alternative delivery date because they were lied and put the message "Customer not available at the house to receive delivery" I'm at my wit's end with horror.
