I'm still waiting for my parcel. When I call customer care they are telling me they tried to call me on my number but I never received a call from any of them. I'm really not happy with their service. If they don't want to take an extra mile for their clients they must just let us know. I'm tired of calling them for my parcel I don't think I will ever recommend this company to anyone else This is just pathetic No follow ups with their clients like nothing

I am not happy with the inconsistent communication from RAM. I got an WhatsApp and an email yesterday in the morning that the parcel will be delivered by 5pm. However the driver got to the delivery address at 18:17. I intentionally used my work address as I know that I would be there till 5pm. I even waited few minutes. I also tracked my order on WhatsApp using their number around 17:00 and it was suddenly showing the delivery to be Thursday 19 March by 17:00 so I relaxed and went to my 18:00 appointment, to my surprise the driver arrived at 18:30 at my work place. I requested for a reattempt of the delivery and they gave me the date of the 20th of March I agreed to it. Guess what this morning (17th) I receive communication that the delivery will be made today by 5pm. It’s 17:10 and I am still waiting. This is not the first disappointment from RAM this year. The last one the driver made me wait at the address for 45min only to find that he is in the parking lot waiting for the rain to quite down (rain that had no sign of quietening down anytime soon). He didn’t care to let me know he is outside. It was a coincidence that I walked out in that rain as I gave up on the delivery that I saw him. Please communicate accurate times next time and please reschedule the delivery of my parcel.

The driver very rude and impatient. Disrespectful didn't want to abide by the rules of security guards at my work place and turned back without calling me to the gate where he were.

Pathetic service. ******* WhatsApp response. They send a message saying they will deliver then they don't. The tracking keeps postponing the days. I always have to go to the warehouse to collect because they are pathetic. ******* ******* *******.

I'm drop shipper, fast deliveries are crucial to my customers, ram messed up delivery addresses, since last week, finally Friday they commit to delivering today Monday, I call them to confirm that delivery will be done today, they come up with another story, mind you the customer that is waiting for this order is just next to me geographicly, at this rate, I've lost this customer for good because of Rams empty promises, it's frustrating, they just keep disappointing and continue with their poor service.

I'm drop shipper, fast deliveries are crucial to my customers, ram messed up delivery addresses, since last week, finally Friday they commit to delivering today Monday, I call them to confirm that delivery will be done today, they come up with another story, mind you the customer that is waiting for this order is just next to me geographicly, at this rate, I've lost this customer for good because of Rams empty promises, it's frustrating, they just keep disappointing and continue with their poor service.

I was available and reachable, and had I received even a simple call or message, this situation could have been completely avoided. What makes this even more disappointing is that when I contacted RAM to resolve the issue, I spoke with a representative named Kgomotso who informed me that she could not provide me with the driver’s contact number. This left me with absolutely no way to coordinate the delivery or ensure that I receive the parcel today. As a customer of Forever New, I find this level of service unacceptable from a delivery partner representing your brand. It reflects poorly on the overall customer experience and is incredibly inconvenient for those of us waiting for time-sensitive deliveries. I urgently need this item delivered today, as originally expected. I would appreciate it if you could intervene with RAM to ensure the parcel is delivered today and that proper communication is established with the driver before marking deliveries as unsuccessful in the future.
