I dont know why you used Ram hand to hand couriers as they have very bad reviews. I have been a customer of yours for many years and have never had any issues with you. I used to order and my things would be delivered even before the estimated delivery time. I ordered a phone on the 17th of May and up until now I have not received my phone. I called your contact center on Friday as that was the expected delivery date and was advised to contact ram i contacted them and they said they were at my property and no one was available and that is a lie. When i track my parcel it shows that the parcel is out for delivery at 7:46 and up until now i have not received my parcel
I had a horrible experience with Ram hand to hand couriers. I placed an order with Makro on the 17th of May and I was supposed to receive the parcel by the 22nd of May guess what I have not received my parcel. I don’t even know what is happening with my parcel. I placed an order at the same time with my brother and he received his from courier guy on the 19th of May. I have contacted the customer service to find out where my parcel was and I was advised the driver was there and there was no one in the property. That’s a lie because there is someone home waiting for this parcel i changed the number to my mom’s number guess what the agent who was helping was laughing with their friends and wrote the number incorrectly and we rescheduled for today. When i track my order it shows it was out for deliver at 7:46 however I still have not received my parcel and its 14:18 now. I called to find out where the parcel is the agent advised the parcel is on its way and i asked the number they will contact and she confirmed an incorrect number, i gave them a different number and guess what I have not received any call. I am not sure where my money parcel is. I have asked to collect my parcel i was told I can’t

I still have not received my money. It has been from one story to another. An umbrella claim that was submitted in December 2024 I have not received it till date. I am being told that they can not advise when the payment will reflect imagine
Capitec is a ****. I took a loan with them and we had an agreement that they will deduct on the 5th of every month , guess what? They aren’t deducting on that day , they deduct any time they see money on my account and guess what it’s as if I am not paying every month there are interest charges that are added every month that I was not made aware of. I hate it . It’s a nonsense bank to be honest
Capitec Bank at Bayside mall Cape Town is a very horrible branch. Poor customer service. Few days back I was depositing R1400 for someone and it happened that Loadshedding occurred while depositing and the screen just showed blank and when I went into the branch they told me they will investigate as they can not see any deposited amount. The following day they told me they only see R200 and that they will investigate. I went home and they called me the following day telling me they see another R200 and that’s all they can see. I asked for the manager and he couldn’t help me. This is fraud and ridiculous.I am so disappointed in Capitec
