Poor customer service
The service I received from this company is nothing short of poor , the customer service agents kept on dropping the calls and no one was willing to assist me with my package. I have never keep so distressed in my life. On the website you are told what to have in hand when they come and when you have those documents additional documents were wanted that was not stipulated in the website or sms

I started with Oneplan for my fur baby in July and the service that I receive every time is breathtaking today I spoke to Nthabiseng Sithole and wow amazing service and so informative
