This must be the most effieciently run company on the continent. We can only strive to deliver a service as good as The Courier guy. You guys rock and you can definetly handle my package.

Horrible experience. I had a waybill made for a clients product to be brought from KZN to JHB then the courier guy randomly picks a package and decides to write my waybill number i am unable to contact their client to let them know I have there so called customer service team is horrible at handling issues that their courriers cause . If only someone could help as I have someone's medical device

I use to like courier guy but lately the service is not good at all. My Daughter send me a package on the Monday the 16th of March. Did not receive anything not even a notification from them. Sorry courier guy, I think there are definitely better courier services to use in future.

My experience with The Courier Guy has been nothing short of shocking. Not only has this company failed to resolve my issue after repeated follow-ups, but they have also failed to process a credit that is clearly due. Every interaction results in a different story, showing a complete lack of internal communication, accountability, and professionalism. Even more concerning is the fact that parcels appear to have been tampered with, yet The Courier Guy takes absolutely no responsibility. This is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about the safety and handling of customers’ goods. I have given them more than enough time to resolve this matter, but they have chosen to ignore it. As a result, I have closed two of my business accounts with them and will not be using their services again. I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and will actively be warning other customers on social media about this experience. Businesses and individuals should avoid The Courier Guy at all costs. Their service is unreliable, their accountability is non-existent, and your parcels are clearly not safe in their hands.

I was overseas when my parcel arrived, and the pudo locker collection period expired, which could've been a logistical nightmare. However, The Courier Guy team swung into action, ensuring alternative delivery arrangements were made, and Lesego took the reins to see it through. Despite the time difference and my limited availability, Lesego was incredibly patient and understanding, going above and beyond to keep me updated and facilitate delivery. I have used The Courier Guy (Pudo Locker to Locker) many times in the past and have been happy. BUT, that is because there was no issue... NOW when there was a problem with my latest delivery I realised just how bad their support is. I sent a Whatsapp message when I could not get the locker to open and got no assistance. Then I sent an email the next day. The agent said they would get back to me - nothing. I sent another email the next day... and so on and so forth. It has been 6 days and they just never get back to me with a solution. The phone number 0861 203 203 is ALWAYS unavailable. So how do you actually get help from them??? My parcel is now missing, as I went back to the locker and it says the pin is incorrect and the message I got on Whatsapp to collect has expired.
