100% service from Dipolelo Nkgapele. I liked how patient she was with me and how she went through all the steps with me regarding my parcel. Thank you so much I can’t wait to do business with you guys again.

I had a lost package and received a link claiming that the courier guy company had tried to deliver it but needed R16 to resend it because they supposedly couldn’t get hold of me. Before making any payment, I called to confirm. I was assisted by a wonderful young lady named Nangamso Mhloko, who went out of her way to check the system for my package. She quickly realised that the link was a **** and explained that the company would never ask customers to pay money to resend a package. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and honesty. Because of her attentiveness, I was protected from being ****med. Thank you, Nangamso, for your excellent service and for looking out for customers. Young people like you deserve to be recognised and praised.

I had a lost package and received a link claiming that the courier guy company had tried to deliver it but needed R16 to resend it because they supposedly couldn’t get hold of me. Before making any payment, I called to confirm. I was assisted by a wonderful young lady named Nangamso Mhloko, who went out of her way to check the system for my package. She quickly realised that the link was a **** and explained that the company would never ask customers to pay money to resend a package. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and honesty. We arranged for a parcel to be delivered from Pinetown to Vryheid on what was expected to be an overnight service. Instead, we were informed that delivery could take up to a week, which is completely unacceptable considering the urgency of the shipment. To make matters worse, when we contacted customer service for assistance, we were placed on hold for over an hour without receiving any meaningful help or resolution. When we requested to speak to a manager, the call was abruptly disconnected. Poor communication, lack of customer support, and failure to meet expected delivery times have left us extremely frustrated. We expect much better service from a courier company and hope that steps are taken to improve customer care and accountability.

I am currently searching for a package which was supposedly deposited into a locker. Arrived to collect, but upon entering the pin, a message popped up saying no parcel detected, check pin. It has been a bit of a run around trying to sort it out. A lovely lady named Patricia Andrews has been assisting me on their WhatsApp service line and it has been a pleasure dealing with her. Daughter send Mothersday present, with fragile written on package, from Middelburg, Mpumalanga to The Courier Guy main office in Cosmo Business Park, Cosmo City. Note that the Business I work for is directly next to The Courier Guy in the same Business Park. The Courier Guy in Cosmo City then send the package to Middelburg in Cape Town eventhough it stated clearly on the waybill the correct address. They cannot explain this total incompentancy fault and failure to deliver the service as promised. Showed on tracking the waybil the package was delivered. Went next door to collect and after +/- an hour waiting they then discovered package was send to Middelburg Cape Town. +/-3 days later again they say it is at the Cosmo Business main branch. Went there again and waited at least 45 minutes before a Courier Guy staffmember brought a box, totally opened not closed and you can see it is not the same package my daughter send. When asking why package was open, I only got a ***ue reply that goods inside were broken. I took photos and send it to my daughter. Her first question was where the pink bag was. Definitely on in the open box I received. I phoned their support department and asked to speak to a manager. Again no compentcy or any joy, because they did not want to put the call through to the manager. I lost my cool and they finally put me through too a Memzi. Again total incompentancy shown over the phone as well as knowledge how a courier company must be run. He said he will investigate after I send him the photos and very thing. Two days later I followed up, because he never came back to me. Said they cannot explain any of this. AGAIN NOT COMPETENT WORKERS AT THE COURIER GUY!!!!!! NO SERVICE PER THEIR PROMISE!!! ! !

I have used The Courier Guy many times and have been satisfied with their service up until recently. This week I was expecting a parcel and saw that it has been marked as "delivered". However, I did not receive my parcel, I was not phoned at time of "delivery", and I did not share my collection pin with anyone... which means the parcel was handed to someone without verifying they are the correct recipient. In an attempt to retrieve my parcel I have phoned The Courier Guy multiple times as well as logging an email request for assistance - I have not received any reply and no one answers the phone. Still no parcel and very disappointed.
