We arranged for a parcel to be delivered from Pinetown to Vryheid on what was expected to be an overnight service. Instead, we were informed that delivery could take up to a week, which is completely unacceptable considering the urgency of the shipment. To make matters worse, when we contacted customer service for assistance, we were placed on hold for over an hour without receiving any meaningful help or resolution. When we requested to speak to a manager, the call was abruptly disconnected. Poor communication, lack of customer support, and failure to meet expected delivery times have left us extremely frustrated. We expect much better service from a courier company and hope that steps are taken to improve customer care and accountability.
