Great assistance

I had a lost package and received a link claiming that the courier guy company had tried to deliver it but needed R16 to resend it because they supposedly couldn’t get hold of me. Before making any payment, I called to confirm.

I was assisted by a wonderful young lady named Nangamso Mhloko, who went out of her way to check the system for my package. She quickly realised that the link was a **** and explained that the company would never ask customers to pay money to resend a package.
