I am currently searching for a package which was supposedly deposited into a locker. Arrived to collect, but upon entering the pin, a message popped up saying no parcel detected, check pin. It has been a bit of a run around trying to sort it out. A lovely lady named Patricia Andrews has been assisting me on their WhatsApp service line and it has been a pleasure dealing with her. Print responses and very professional. Now holding thumbs I receive my package! Thank you Patricia!
