I ordered two dresses in October, they only delivered one as after so many follow ups, I have been requesting refund for the remaining dresses till today I haven't received it, the boss is ignoring my messages, when I call hd is forever busy

I made an order online for two dresses from Phat Galz boutique in August 2025. I made follow ups on the order in September and was told there are delays with the supplier. The entire month of September I was anything but patient with this store. On the last week of September I started asking for my refund, I was told that my request would be escalated and that someone would contact me. To date, nobody has contacted me. Today, 07 October I have again sent a text to the WhatsApp group to ask for my refund and nobody is responding. I have been ****** by this store

I made an order online for two dresses from Phat Galz boutique in August 2025. I made follow ups on the order in September and was told there are delays with the supplier. Warning, only order if you want your delivery in 3 months I have ordered twice from them they could not be bothered about how long your order takes, they are not reachable on the phone . Once in a while they will respond to whatapp and say we still awaiting the order from supplier that's all and the wait continues. I place my order 15 of August todate I have not received it.

Online purchase experience is ALWAYS horrific!!! delays and no communication or updates on the rest of the order. all communication to them via phone, WhatsApp, email and Facebook are being ignored. Completely unprofessional.

I ordered on their website on the 21 July 2025 and to date i did not receive my order. I've made countless follow up using email and WhatsApp without success. I went to the Durban branch to request for my refund and still nothing. No one is willing to assist. The only option I have now is to open a ******** case of *****.

Bad customer service from the online staff😡 I was warned about their bad customer service but i didn't listen! I'm in Joburg, 1st senario : I ordered and paid for my order online, wrong order was delivered🫣 was expecting it anyway, sent them numerous whatsapp messages, egcineni I was told I have to pay the courier to send back the parcel with my money, eventually the correct order was delivered after complaining everyday. 2nd senario : because I don't listen, i ordered again on their online and unfortunately it was taking too long to send my parcel after checking with them, i was told one of the dresses i wanted was sold out and I had to choose another dress, so i sent a whatsapp message with the picture of the dress and the SIZE. Mind you the make of the dress was not the same as the replacement hence i was specific with the size. Fast forward the parcel was delivered BUT the replacement dress was damaged ( i sent them the pic of the damaged dress)and the SIZE WAS WRONG. I then contacted the via whatsapp because there's no land line number where you can call them🤷♀️ No apology at all, all i was told was to send it back with my money again, i told them i have no intentions of buying from them ever again therefore whoever packed the wrong size must fix this and i was told unfortunately that is not possible if i want to send the damaged dress back, i must send it back using my money and STILL NO APOLOGY, i kept on reaching out, still no apology until some1 called mt trying to explain the same thing and still i told them the same thing that I need the dress i order and paid for and unfortunately im unable to pay for the courier as i will not be buying from their online anymore. The lady by thr nae of Nomasuthu or something said she'll ask the manager to call me, this was about 3weeks ago, till today no1 has called me. PHATGALZ DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT OUR MONEY....SO up to today, im still stuck with that damaged dress and my money is gone just like that...THEY DON'T CARE! I STILL WANT MY MONEY And even if it takes months for me to go to Durban, they better be ready with my money!! ****** ****MERS!!😡😡

On the (20/06/2025) I ordered 3 Items from Phat Galz Boutique Order #40720. To my surprise, only 2 items were delivered, item 6727 and item 6733. My 3rd item 6694 was not delivered. On the 2025/06/23 I sent them an email to enquire about my 3rd item and they responded on the 24 Jun 2025, and I was told they are still waiting for this dress, however I can make a replacement for dresses that available. On the 28 Jun 2025, I sent another email with two other dresses from their online store and requested that they replace my order with one of those dresses, to date I did not receive any feedback. I followed up with another email on the 2 July 2025, still no reply. Mind you the same enquiries on email, I was also making them on their WhatsApp number, but still no response. I have requested for a refund via their WhatsApp number on the 7 July 2025 and they responded that they will fix this and they are sorry for the inconvenience with my order. Today on 8 July 2025, I sent them another dress to replace with or refund me my money and they said they will request for it. Every time I try to call their WhatsApp number, they hung-up and say they will call me back but they never return my call. I think I have tried from my side to get assistance from these people and I am left with no choice but to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman. It seems all this bad publicity from Hello Peter is not working, already there are 42 unhappy customers, not even a single 5 star review from a happy customer, because they are not changing their behavior. Why accept an order of an item that is out of stock. If supporting black business means being frustrated like this, akuyekwe.
