I ordered two dresses in October, they only delivered one as after so many follow ups, I have been requesting refund for the remaining dresses till today I haven't received it, the boss is ignoring my messages, when I call hd is forever busy
I requested transport for the removal of my furniture on the 24th January 2025, i had a very bad experience with the owner Hetisani and his driver. My furniture starting from fridge, washing machine and bedroom suit are damaged, i reported the incident to the owner after the driver was making lots of noise in my house saying i didn't have to clean the fridge immediately i trapped him. the owner requested pictures of the scratches on my furniture and he rep**** by saying i'm making things up because i don't want to pay. I then made the payment, because i wasn't even there, i thought their insurance is going to cover for the dents and scratches These people are very unprofessional, they then locked the delivery truck and the driver walked away telling me he is very rich and he has two houses in Gauteng, most of my furniture was still in the truck. He came later after an hour or so to offload my stuff. Unlike their advert on the web, they don't cover the furniture with boxes, just push it inside their dirty truck. I'm extremely disappointed with their service, not recommended . Now i have to live with my fairly new furniture scratched and dented by them.
I have been ****med an amount of R50,745 from my standard bank account on the 4th November 2024. I received a link from a courier guy for the delivery of a parcel to pay an amount of R34, 78 but i was suprised to see an amount of R50, 745 going off my account. I immediately called standard bank to stop the amount because it was still saying outstanding card authorization but they said i must go an open a ***** case with SAPS. I did that the following day and send the case number together with the affidavit as per their instruction. i never received any feedback from them until i started calling them every second day. Thats when the matter was escalated to the Complaints department. Only yesterday i received a call from the investigator saying the bank wont refund me. I am not happy with the outcome, standard bank as the bank i have used my whole life should be able to see that this was ****, and refund my money. This is a follow up to the review I sent on the 22nd November as I'm still not satisfied with the outcome of the bank after the escalation. Using common sense how can someone authoriser an amount of R50 745 for delivery, I believe standard bank is failing me as their client. I'm still emphasizing that the amount that was on my screen that I authorized was R34, how can my bank not pick that up. Standard back need to re look at this matter and refund me.

Today I called the complaints department twice, they since said the official responsible for my case will contact me shortly, its been four hours now.
I have ordered clothes from Shein Online, to my surprise on delivery by Fedex i am asked to pay an amount of R1320 which was never mentioned to me. and currently i don't have such money and they are threatening to discard my order of close to R5000. The deliver guy was very rude to me and told me that i will call them when I'm ready to get my parcel. hours later i received an invoice with the above stated amount. Helopeter kindly assist me in this instance
I have joined gym with gym company in 2016 June, it was a three years contract. they told me the first month is free. now my contract was supposed to be ending month end June 2019. I went to them to cancel, they are now telling me the contract is ending month end July, when they told me the first month is free, that's their way of getting customers. I'm not happy at all. I don't want to pay the July month.
