I contacted Netstar to cancel my contract with them due to lack of service. This was done in October 2025, and the individual stated that my last debit will be in Nov 2025. I noticed that Netstar debited me twice in December, I contacted them again and queried with Tebogo Taukobong about the unauthorized debit and she advised me that Road Guard did not cancel it on there side, do not know who this is. I asked her if they are going to refund me and to confirm if Road guard did cancel the debit, this was on the 6th Jan 2026, and yes it is the 20th and still no answer and after I followed up on the 13th Jan 2026.
Worst Fiber provider ever, don't do it, please don't do it. you will regret it due to there service. I spoke to two individuals Amanda Mabaso and Aubrey Muvhango. I advised them that I lose money (dont get paid if my WIFI is not working) and they said Sorry we are in our SLA. maybe it is true but the client said I have to pay for your mistakes. and then i still have to pay a service fee for service not rendered. Finally a tech comes today in the afternoon does something, it works for a short while and now off again.
The technician was ok, nice people. the problem was solved for a short moment and now I am back at squire one. Called the call center, what the hell of a lot of rude individuals. When they answered the phone you could not hear anything because of every one talking over one another. I advised the lady about it and stated "don't worry I can hear you. It is rude because it sounded she had a conversation with someone else. She took my cell number and said she will be back now and dropped the phone. When I tried calling back they did not answer. I will not recommend the Ppi installation (Fiber to anyone). Please stay away and if you cannot use everything on your power to insure to get your service you pay for.
I had Cash and card to make a payment for my order. I went to the till -point for assistance and told me that they can not assist because it is to difficult.
I was refer to Linmeyer dentist by a family member, I was already skeptical, but trusted my family member. At first arrival we waited to get in for about 5 min outside because the reception was on her cell phone. When we finally got into the building the lady was still on her cell phone. When she finally accommodated us, she was rude and told me O sorry we can not help you for the dentist is not here, after i made an appointment. they did not even give me a call to advise us about the changes. She was rude and told me eish sorry ne... If this is the service from the reception, I am not sure about the dentist work.
I just want to say that the first individual that assisted me on the sale was great. I am just a bit confused, the sales lady did all my checks and read me the T/C and advised me that I do qualify they just don't have stock of the devise. I advised her that it is OK I'll wait. So how is it possible that I get an SMS now stating that "during credit vetting" they have declined it....... but upfront the sales lady stated i qualify. So i think they cant get the devise in stock and now they use the decline as an excuse.... I have a great credit score, so I do not know what they are talking about....
The Glen shop, past wimpy to the exit. There service is false, untruthful, rood and no willingness to help. They have a no care attitude even if the client is over friendly with them. When they phone me Thabo was so rude he even said to me what.............. When the online agent phoned him he even did not want to cancel the store application with her ( a Vodacom online staff member).... It is time again to change networks where proper service is given...
I was actually referred by someone to join Supersonic due to my previous bad experience. But i don't know what happened, since inception i had issues: - On installation i was not advised that the unit (router) can take up to a week to be installed. lucky i still had my previous provider, mmm sorry Supersonic removed my previous providers line when they installed there line... so i was *****ed and had to fight, was without internet for 2 days. -They stipulated that the network is not being throttled, but constantly in the afternoons my speed dropped to under 10mbps. I have all the constant massages. - I have been with them just for 2 months and already my router is not conflicting, and now they tell me sorry but no solution and it is stipulated that it takes 48 hours to be fixed. so again without internet and i am losing out on business. The staff as well has this i don't care attitude, it is your problem, what happened to be proud of your product, what happened to good service. I think the best is to cancel the contract.
Not to sure what is going on, my Upload and Download speed has been upgraded to 50mps. This has never been there. i have called so many times and this has never been fix, call has been dropped and the assistance is horrible.... It is time for change
I place an order on the 26/08/2022 and as promised they delivered on the 31/08/2022. But then all just went backwards with utter bad service. I received the incorrect package, I received bicycle gloves instead of my Collagen, I did the return process and call one of there agent and she advised that the correction will be done with the Collagen.
