How can a month-to-month client be handed over to attorneys? If the person hasn't paid at the end of the month, it's your duty to suspend services until payment is received. Please balance me here, am I not understanding the month-to-month agreement? Surely someone is not doing their job. MTN should get rid of you as they are not bad at all.

Supersonic is the worst Internet Service Provider. No assistance when having issues with connection. Automated responses with no human assistance whatsoever. I strongly discourage anyone who is considering them for their Internet services, you will regret that decision.

I do not have any internet. I am working from home and cannot be without the internet I pay a lot of money to them . there are other providers who are cheaper and still i stay with supersonic for a few years. Today I a told that the will take 72hours to resolve the issue this is un =acceptable and I will be looking for another Provider.

They installed a router that was not working, the techs confirmed the problem and i spoke to their chat on facebook and now they say services are suspended when the service was never rendered.

Supersonic is an absolute ****! They’ve been billing me for months after I was offline and now; I got a call from the debt collectors because my account was “handed over” and now I have to pay almost 10k for SERVICES I DID NOT FREAKING USE! I was withe them for 2 months if not three but I have to pay SO MUCH and FOR WHAT!? I wish I had read the reviews before being with them become not the only one with this specific problem!

Supersonic is an absolute ****! They’ve been billing me for months after I was offline and now; I got a call from the debt collectors because my account was “handed over” and now I have to pay almost 10k for SERVICES I DID NOT FREAKING USE! I was withe them for 2 months if not three but I have to pay SO MUCH and FOR WHAT!? I wish I had read the reviews before being with them become not the only one with this specific problem!

They were debiting money from my account knowing very well i was offline. I paid for something was wasn’t working for 7 months and instead of refunding me,they are beating around the bush. They told me to wait for 21 working days and those 21 working days have passed already. I call them everyday ,5 or more times and i still get the same response “we are escalating this to our finance department “…. There’s no clear date of when they are going to pay back my money.
