THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I recently moved over from RSA Web in April(Thinking it was the worst) to supersonic and my oh my so far it has been the worst experience ever. When Octotel eventually came out to activate my line, I thought my troubles was over, but the issue persisted. In the few weeks I have been with Supersonic, I have called them thrice every week explaining the issues I have with my internet line, and they keep on asking me to do a speed test, which I do, they receive it but never fix anything. A movie is 1h40 mins long and I watch it in 2h30 minutes because the internet keep on connecting and disconnecting. I do not know what to do because having a solid internet line is imperative to me and my job, but this is costing me to pay for a service which I cannot enjoy. On multiple occasions I have called the contact centre and requested to speak to a manager and I am constantly promised a call back, to date I have yet to receive any call from any one at Supersonic!!!!! I want Supersonic to send out a tech to my home and have them check the line, not just a surface check but to connect to my internet and see how often it disconnects. My speed test show how perfectly it runs, but how can it run perfectly if it keeps on disconnecting.. I am thinking of taking matter further and I do not want to if you just come out and fix the issue so that the 619 I pay each month can be worth paying!!!!!!!!!!
