Pathetic Provider

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by this WiFi company. The so-called advisors are completely ***********, with no understanding of the products or services they are meant to support. Their lack of knowledge is shocking and unacceptable.

The customer service is ********** — slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. Every interaction feels like a waste of time, and instead of resolving issues, they create more frustration.

I would strongly advise anyone considering signing up with this company to think twice. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
