I requested that my account be canceled, it was not actioned, and I am still being billed. This is insane!! No one is answering on whatsapp or on a phone call!
MTN Direct is very eager to process an upgrade but not so eager in doing due diligence. After providing correct delivery address and contact number, I had to call multiple times to follow up on where my device is. Just to find out that the number the delivery service was given was a wrong number. (This is after giving the correct number and confirming the correct number and address multiple times) Again I called MTN Direct again today to speak with the consultant that assisted me after she was said to be back from lunch and still to no avail do I have an answer or solution to this. When I now call back, the phone stays on hold and just doesn't get through to anyone. So I can't even follow up to see what is going on and why my delivery wasn't done.
I am extremely upset. I am a long time supporter of Pudo and receive parcels almost daily. But today I received my parcel and it was already opened, not to mention an item is missing from my parcel. I am SO upset!

We had the worst experience at the Vryheid store today. Getting chased away from an isle because the staff are mopping instead of being asked politely for it to dry was not cool at all! We went to the store with full intention of shopping for baby things seen as there isn't an online shop available. Just to be mocked in a different language when we walked in firstly over the wet floor and then to be told we cannot walk down the isles to shop as the floors are wet. This was at 15:30 in the afternoon, the store is supposed to close at 16:00. When I worked in retail we had to WAIT for the store to close before we mopped, not mock and chase paying customers out of the store! Totally unacceptable. Vryheid Ackerman's, I am super disappointed in your service!
Worst service EVER! After placing an order, waiting 2 weeks, and doing follow-ups where I was told to wait as it is being processed. (I also expressed that this is a gift and was told to wait as they are processing it) I was thereafter informed that all the items are sold out! Also, an immediate refund cannot be done because it will take another week. So I must make my own plan to find another gift seen as this useless company doesn't know how to have an open line of communication between their channels. Very very disappointed.
I have spent quite some time calling the Clicks call center for a parcel they cannot find. We are on day 11 and I still have no solution and no parcel. Each time I call, I get told they cannot get hold of the courier or I get told it is at the store (it is not). So at some point I would like to know where my parcel is as I cannot ask for a refund because our local small town store never has stock! After 11 days I would hope that someone can provide a reasonable answer! But no, still nothing!
A representative phoned me from MTN today to upgrade my packages and I said, no thank you, I am not ready to upgrade. He said the packages that I currently have aren't available and that I should upgrade or my numbers will be canceled. At no point did I give permission for anyone to cancel my contracts, then he said where will I get the money to pay for these contracts. When did it become MTN's business to check on my financial wellbeing and budget in order to PUSH an upgrade??? I just spoke to the rudest person from the MTN call centre! Rudest person EVER!
