My ex partner received sms about my fines but to my surprise I never used her number to register a profile and when I do follow I found out they have 076559**** number which was my old number but when try to contact them with the number in the website just hangs up.
Matrix neh, when you want to update your details they don’t answer calls let alone reply emails but try “New Sales” options on the website they will call within 5 minutes. This is what I dislike about Matrix. They can even call you to tell you about missed payments yet their customer service is terrible.
Very poor service they quick to add debit order mandate but can’t even approve loans or even cancel that debit order mandate, I was told I will get sms to confirm cancellation it’s been more that 24 hours now, this is the 6th day, someone is sleeping on their job
Experian SA is the worst company to handle your credit report, you call nobody answers and you can still hold for more than 15min. I need to change my number I can’t find that option anywhere except calling yet they don’t answer. I have updates to make on my credit report that affect my credit report if not corrected. Just open ****a shop once because credit report issues you can’t handle them.
I’m not happy with how Vodacom billed me last month, I noticed that it this month. I signed up for 24 months contract for iPhone 15 I pay R1088 with comprehensive insurance, last month I was charged R255 on the 1st of November 2025 on top of the monthly payment for the contract. Now again the same amount was deducted yet I paid R1088 that included insurance. Now all in all I paid R1343. Way too much and expensive with this I will have to cancel the insurance and save few rands because I’m being overcharged.
Poor customer care, they put the wrong car information and other contact details, they just looking for money only. They don’t answer when you call them but quick to call you when they are looking for sales.
Everything was good and sales man was helpful and the problem started when I wanted to do self inspection for insurance, the salesman said the car has left the dealership which is understandable because TAC Carriers are the ones who supposed to deliver to WeBuyCars in another province. Now the problem is even TAC Carriers said the car is still with WeBuyCars. How possible both parties don’t have the car in their possession? Isn’t that part of irresponsible business.
I am very dissatisfied with the Vodacom SIM swap process. I have been trying to migrate from an eSIM to a physical SIM on my iPhone 11, but the process has failed multiple times. • I first visited the Vodacom store at Mall@Reds, where I was given a SIM card and told to wait for activation. It never worked. • I went back a second time, received another SIM card, and again it did not work. • On my third visit, the store manager assisted me personally and confirmed that the SIM swap was successfully completed in the system. However, none of the SIM cards provided worked. • When I followed up, I was told engineers were working on eSIM database updates. It has now been more than 5 days with no update, and I still do not have a working SIM. This is unacceptable. I have already paid the R20 SIM swap fee and wasted significant time returning to the store with no resolution. I request that: 1. My number be fully released from the eSIM profile in your system to a physical. 2. The failed SIM swap be escalated immediately to Vodacom’s engineers, with a reference number provided to me. 3. The matter be treated as urgent, as I have been without proper service for days. 4. If no resolution is reached within 48 hours, I expect a refund of the SIM swap fee and escalation to Vodacom Customer Relations.
I would like share my concern with this company, I got my clearance certificate from my debt counsellor but they still call me every month to tell me I’m under debt review and when I ask them to provide proof of what they are talking about they don’t provide. Please tell your call agents to stop calling me.
I am very dissatisfied with how my recent deliveries have been handled. This is now the second time I’ve experienced issues with your service. According to the Temu tracking update and my tracking number, my package has been in Pretoria, South Africa, for some time. However, there is no call centre or customer service number to contact for updates, which makes it very difficult to inquire about my package. What I find most concerning is that my package, although already in the country, is scheduled for delivery on the 27th of August, 12 days after it arrived. I do not understand why it should remain at your depot for such a long time instead of being delivered promptly. If delivery will take that long, customers should have the option to collect their parcels directly to avoid unnecessary delays. I strongly urge Fastway Couriers to improve communication channels, speed up delivery processes, and provide customers with the choice to collect packages if delivery is delayed.
