I'm going through a financial crisis at the moment. Capfin gave me over to a debt company and I have been harassed more than 7 times a day with phonecalls to my work place this has cause strain at work and also them telling my colleagues why they are calling. Who can I report this to because I've given them times to call but they don't, instead they call whenever they want when I'm not available. I've been trying to make payment arrangements but to no avail.

Capfin will call you at 6am and a million times for an account that is not even yours. The calls started last week and I have been telling them that it’s the wrong number but they keep calling. My question is why don’t they do their checks to make sure that they are getting ahold of the right person. Capfin stop calling me I have never opened an account with you

Good day, I am writing as a final resort regarding my account with Capfin. I was previously under debt review, but I subsequently exited the process and settled my accounts individually. I obtained paid-up letters for all accounts. Thereafter, I approached my debt counsellor for a clearance certificate, paid the required fee, and all credit bureaus were duly notified. The debt review flag was removed from my profile. Despite this, my Capfin account still reflects an outstanding balance and arrears, which is negatively affecting my credit rating. I have repeatedly called and emailed Capfin, but no one has assisted me in updating the records. I am now considering escalating this matter publicly, as it has been over two weeks of continuous requests without resolution. I kindly urge Capfin to update my account details to reflect the correct status and remove the arrears flag or update and close my account CLOSE my account Your urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I was not working and informed them I wasn't working we made arrangements that I will have to pay 1820 so that they don't handover my account they debited 2 times in one month second debit was not authorized but they went through my account and they are covering for their colleagues I spoke to Michelle worse human on earth

After all the years I used Capfin today I had the worst experience when I was assisted by mpendulo he kept on putting me on hold and when I asked to speak to the team leader/supervisor he said I am not allowed to speak to a team leader he will rather escalate and I will get. feedback on Tuesday when he spent 20 minutes searching for an email I sent for my refund and when I asked whether he can call back since he is the one constantly putting on hold he said his system does not allow him to call back as if I do not know how the crm systems used in contact centre's operate I'm very annoyed as he sounded unwilling to assist is these the kind of agents you trust to assist your clients ?

I reported the matter to capfin , as they saw my review here ,they quickly called me 2 weeks ago .promised to assist me ,as they claiming I took a loan from them 2013 I called several times to comfim ,indeed on their system it appears I took a loan .they asked me to send them an affidavit I did, I asked for a contract of that loan and all details. They ghosted me don't reply even in raids. Their Consultant don't even know what they saying. I called DMC as well they said capfin gas never send them anything regarding my profile about the loan. But all of their Consultant claim I was handed over to DMC .I'm definitely taking a legal route and ncr hope they also help me quickly. I will expose capfin I'm definitely sure there's more victims. I never took a loan from capfin.

I am having a personal loan with capfin which I have topped as the need arises. Last year Nov I couldn't pay my Nov instalment. One of their T&C's is the set off which I am aware of, however they keep on forcing a debit order every month since December and this set off are Dishonored because there's no enough funds, by the way I'm still paying their normal installment. As per the NCA before they do a st off they must be sure that there's funds . I have already had 3 set off which returned and they are impacting my cheque acc negatively and my account is about to be closed.
