Poor service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Capfin. Last December, I submitted all required documents after being informed I was under debt review, yet after five months, my name and number remain on that list. Despite multiple calls, the contact number they provided is unreachable.

This lack of resolution and communication has been deeply frustrating.
