Three instalments in 1 month, why ?
I settled the loan and even paid more they owe me money but they still go and debit my account. Why ? I want my money!!

Best service at Old mutual from Nathan Louw
I would like to give a shout out to Nathan Louw who assisted me with a 10 year service plan for my son. He was so understanding when I couldn't continue to the process due to being unwell. Some consultants put sales regardless of the customer's needs. He kept checking up on me and was very patient. As a result I will be looking at what else I can get at Old mutual through him. He is empathetic and compassionate which you hardly find from sales agents these days.

Free credit report not generated
I just requested for my free credit report, I clicked on it and the report did not generate nor did I receive an email with the report. Now it says I have already assessed it. Where is the report and why did it not open ? Everytime I have to deal with this bureau I end up having to complain. Years later and I still have problems with it why ??? Can I have my free credit report send to me as per normal to phelekampotulo@gmail.com

Phumza's service sucks
I called the call centre regarding debit order mandate issue. I spoke to Phumza who put me on mute while I was talking and she hung up on me around 09:30

TFG magazine *****
I just opened my account a week ago and on my application I said NO magazines. Yesterday I got a sales call from tfg I said not interested. I just got a text message 4 hours later that I subscribed to Jet Magazine. This was done without my permission, it's *****ulent!!!

Disgusting service from agent Evelyn
Spoke to Evelyn from Flexicare at 11:48- 12:00 10/09/2025 who decided she is tired of assisting me and she decided to put me on mute while I was talking. It was my first time calling Flexicare to understand my benefits. I am very disappointed with Discovery Health Flexicare stuff. I wasted 10 minutes explaining myself to someone who was not interested in assisting me. That is disgusting service!!!!
