TFG money card is a **** and wouldn’t recommend those who are still considering applying for the card to consider it. I’ve spoken to customer service from Foschini store over the phone to cancel the additional charges that keep on being added to my total balance but no, they keep on adding them month to month and as someone who is on a 6 month interest free plan this is so annoying. I need this to stop and as soon as I’m done paying up the total balance, I’m closing this account. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I’ve seen people complaining about having this card on social me and little did I know that it was a warning for me as well.

I app**** online for a TFG account with Sterns as I planned to purchase something and if you open a account the company offers you a R500 voucher. Just after my application I received a message that the account has been approved and I must collect the card at a Sterns store close to me, however did not state any limit. I the called in the next morning just to check the limit that was approved and the lady I spoke to said R10800 as I also did not want to go to the store if it was not worth while. I also received a R500 per sms which I could redeem at the store. When I got to the store the sales rep checked and said the account is declined. She called in to understand why as I showed the messages. They can still not tell me how this happend. Time wasted, very bad experience and will never shop at one of this institution shops again

Most disappointing I have been a Tfg client for more than 20 years and this just disgusted me ,I purchase sneakers on your bash app when my package finally arrived, upon opening it I discovered there is only one sneaker in the box

I opened an account with the tfg group only received R650 credit. I was in arrears with my account due to circumstances I took their calls in the beginning and explained to them that I will pay my account and yet they still called me more than 10 times a day and I blocked the numbers because I did explain. I'm the meantime they were charging me for calls made but it was unanswered calls my account is now R1056 because of being charged for over a 1000 Unanswered calls. End of February I went to totosports and asked what my installment was they said R250 and I paid it now I must make a payment April and yet they still phoning me everyday letting the phone ring 3 times then put down and yet still charging R20 I please would like them to have a look at the calls made to me and see that I did not answer the calls and to please to remove all the R20 they added

Took a phone for insurance claim due to a battery that had exploded, they are refusing to repair or allow me to claim because they say they don’t cover certain items, the battery exploded it’s not like it’s not charging anymore. The phone is still in their possession at Total Sports Kwagga Mall in Mpumalanga, completely *********** when you need to claim but are quick to be debiting me on my account for the past 2yrs
