I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from Fulufhelo at Woolies Mall of the South. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and responsiveness, and I wanted to ensure her efforts did not go unnoticed. Fulufhelo’s support made a frustrating situation feel heard and addressed, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help. As people, we are often quick to complain but rarely take the time to complement and give thanks for exceptional customer support. Vodacom failed to inform VVM debt collectors that my outstanding balance of R9.10 was settled. They are bombarding me with calls and sms requesting a settlement letter from Vodacom. Another hassle dealing with Vodacom and its 3rd parties.
Placed an online order on Saturday for next day delivery, which was supposed to be yesterday. Consultant said it would be delivered by yesterday, which didn't happen. This morning courier confirmed that the package is still in the warehouse!
Dear Receiver, Vodacom doesn’t seize to amaze me..Is this Vodacom’s way to make up the loss in revenue for the please call me case? My contracted ended on July 2025, yesterday I called to upgrade from prepaid to contract and was advised that my account was handed over to prelegal for an outstanding amount of R9.10 and that the status should be updated with an hour, which didn’t happen. I called this morning and was advised to make payment and call back once done, which I did and to my surprise, I was told I have an outstanding amount of over R500.. I’ve not received any verbal or written communication about any outstanding amounts including the R9.10
Drove all the way to Truworths to return an online order which was too small and I was sent back because they were offline and only one till was working and the lady didn’t have any cash to refund me because her shift had just started.
Received a gift that was purchased at Woolies, but didn’t fit. Store refuses to refund without the card that was used to purchase the item. I can’t ask the person for the card, but it was a gift.
Cannot get hold of FNB home loans collections. The line rings with no answer, despite being transferred from home loans. Advisor on the chat is unable to assist.
Kudus to Patricia Kgosimmele from Personal and Private Core Banking - Collections for excellent customer support! My account was overdrawn due to being unemployed for 6 months last year. As a result my account incurred bank charges. Since the account is overdrawn, I was unable to migrate my account to a savings account, which would result in lower charges. Patricia went above and beyond to approve to reverse historic bank charges and no additional charges until my account is settled. This helps me tremendously - better option that I initially requested. As humans we are quick to complain but never take time out to give credit where it’s due. A heartfelt big thank you from the bottom of my heart to you Patricia. Please keep up the excellent customer service. The industry needs more people like you!
Called customer care to make a payment arrangement but I was sent from pillar to post and the last consultant was unable to transfer my call to the correct department. 20 minutes later and I still didn’t get any assistance.
Last month I requested to downgrade my premier account to a savings account - a month later still not done. As a result, I’ve incurred bank charges. I also made a payment arrangement for my home loan to resume next month which was approved, but again I incurred bank charges for unpaid debt order because the debit order ran.
