Good day, I am trying to close my TFG account. Usually I get a response within a hour when I log a ticket however its been 2days. Please can you closed my account and write off and negative balance.

It’s been a week and I haven’t received my online order. Its was out for delivery three time and every time delivery failed. Bash does not want to give me the courier company’s contact detail as they need to handle it internally. They have the worst courier company and the fact that I can’t get an answer is unacceptable. I will never in my life order bash online again!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my recent Bash online order. On 11 March 2026, I logged a complaint on this platform about receiving incorrect items in my order. To date, I am still waiting for a manager from the Bash department to contact me regarding a resolution. The lack of follow-up and urgency in addressing this matter is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received incorrect items from Bash. As a loyal TFG customer for over 15 years, I find this repeated issue extremely frustrating and disappointing. I rely on online shopping due to a health condition and for the convenience it provides. However, based on my experience, it seems that Bash/TFG does not take these concerns seriously. Despite explaining that I urgently needed the item, there was no effort made to assist beyond simply repeating the return policy. No attempt was made to go the extra mile to resolve the situation. As a result, I had to spend my own time and fuel traveling to the store to exchange the item, which caused significant inconvenience. Errors in order packing appear to be a recurring issue, and I strongly believe that Bash needs to review and improve its procedures to prevent customers from repeatedly experiencing the same problem. I cannot imagine how many other customers may have faced similar situations. After experiencing this issue multiple times, I have reached a point where I am no longer willing to continue using Bash’s online service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the platform, and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its processes and customer service going forward.

I will never use this APP again, the absurdity of having items delivered one by one is madness. It’s a waste of time, you have no client centricity skills nor thoughts about your customer base. Relook your process, get a customer line because there’s no way to contact you and speak to an actual human. You have no regard for time and instead of having one delivery there are MANY! Shame on you. Looking through different emails for each OTP what kind of madness is this!!!! Single SMS’s no, no, noooo. And then putting the staff at risk of being shouted at because of your incompetence is beyond me.

YOUR SERVICE IS ****EN PATHETIC AND YOU ARE ROBBING US!!!!!!!!! I made a purchased an item last week on the 4th and on Friday you sent me an email that the order was LOST IN TRANSIT. I called your customer service and I spoke with Charlene who was very rude and *********** and couldn't give me answers regarding my query. I then receive an email that I will be refunded, today I received the refund but it's not what I paid for. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE ITEM/ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED????? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE I ASKED YOU TO DELIVER THE ITEM AS IT IS STILL AVAILABLE ONLINE . DO NOT ****EN ROB!!!!!!!!

I see now that multiple people have reviewed BASH as shocking. I am trying to return shoes purchased that are too small.. I received an email saying that they had made "multiple attempts" to collect the shoes - what utter nonsense I did not even receive a phone call. I think this is there way of avoiding returns. I will never support this business again.

"HI" under bash sent me a defective samsung cellphone. It starting jumping as soon as I switched it on. It then switched off with difficulty to switch on. There is no way they couldn't notice that the phone didn't work!!!! It's obviously a total ****! I'm sure they hoped that I might do something to break the warranty then they can still get rid of their defective stock. It's more like a reject, that's my opinion. Mind you it was my daughters bday surprise now she's got to wait once again. Still waiting for them to collect it. Don't disappoint yourself by buying electronics from them.
