I’ve been patient it’s enough now. I want my refund!!! I’ve been in communication with Zayd and today was sent to Staci. I’m being told that my refund was issued as a gift card on the 21st May and details were sent to me but to nothing has come through. Pay me back my refund and stop coming with ****** excuses, you got your ring now pay back my money and I want it TODAY no ****** excuses. Ticket #1921128
