I bought a phone online yester day it was delivered today, Hisense F35 pro and the phone did not come with the free power bank as mentioned on the device and i am so disappointed become the main reason for buying this type of phone was because of the power bank
I ordered online on the 4th and my order was due on the 9th its now the 10th and i have not gotten any communication regarding my delivery and its soo frustrating because the order is worth R10 000 imagen how anxious i am already i have sent numerous emails with no response from them nor the courier company the last communication was monday saying the parcel has been handed over to courier company and it quite alarming because i have been using Makro online and never ever experienced this i am extremely disappointed with such bad service especially the fact that they are not communicating with me as their customer
