We received bad service from their online, Someone Bought airtime via TFG connect via bash on the 23May2026, it’s been 5 days now and the recipient hasn’t received that airtime, it’s written “it takes 48hours for purchases to reflect “but to my surprise it’s been 5days..
Rain don’t take their customers serious and it is frustrating, I don’t know how many time I called them about my network issues and their call centre is very rude this is my second review about rain and when I voice out they send me a cancellation message without me asking for it, which means they do not care.. the whole of February the was no connection to the network but they do not miss deduction on my account 😡😡😡😡😡
Lately I am experiencing the worst from Rain, frim their network to their Rude team… I have been without network for the passed 5weeks, it works two days in a week then the rest days its offline, paying 625 for something that works only 6days a month it’s really unfair.. When I call to enquire about the problem they will ask me to explain what is the problem and then nothing get solved. Been repeating the same thing over and over for a month and weeks like I am a stupid person, their call centre doesn’t even care, I asked one of their consultants this morning if I am stupid and she said unfortunately yes I have to go through the explaining again or I cancel I am so hurt and disappointed by their service considering I am paying so much money for something that doesn’t benefit me on top of thst I have to buy data 😡😡😡😡
I have an account with them, when I went to pay for my monthly instalment their cashier paid it in to the wrong account and it’s been 3months now since they said they will fix it, instead they sending me back and forth to no help or refunding me, I wish they could use the same energy they have when they call us when we miss payment to resolve this because my account is always up to date.. I really don’t understand why am I getting sidelined because the very same weekend there was a lady that had the same issue and hers has been resolved but mine not.. so I am not sure if they are scared of whites or they treating us differently.. I am really ****ed and disappointed at them cause they are rude especially their head office because at their store they willing to help but they can’t do anything without their head office approval..
I got the best service from Brandon Naidoo. He was very patient with me and very helpful 😊I am happy and waiting for my unlimited wifi to be delivered
