Brought a tempo watch at American Swiss through bash online last week , once i receive the package I open it up in front of courier company just to find out that the watch box was empty bubble wrap was broken. And I have already paid for it....every day they are telling me they are still investigating....so not happy about this.
My daughter was on thw bus from PE to Kroonstad on the 2nd of December a broken seat, her charger was not working on the dreamliner and big **** roaches was all over her seat....we paid for service and then this happens, so unacceptable!!!!!

On the 30th of May 2017 I was one moment on the phone and the next my contract phone went over to emergency calls only, first I thought it was the signal. Then I use my Husband’s phone , I did phone the service provider Vodacom, I have spoken to a lady, she said my phone has been flagged for fraud someone try to do a sim swab and it was already swab. She said I need to go to a Vodacom store with my id book they can assist me with a new sim card.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1st of June I went to the Vodacom shop in Festival Mall Kempton park, I have spoken to a white lady, she said she can see my phone has been flag and called the white manager from the back only Vodaworld in Midrand can assist me was his words. she gave me the number 011 ********** I have spoken to a Merrial over the phone she took my whole statement after I told what happened to my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>After our conversation she told me to right a avidavid get it certified with the a copy off my id at the police station then send it to the ********** then they will open a case of fraud. She told me I must go 2 another store with id to do a sim swab they can help.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I went on the 3rd store, one off the stores in Greenstone mall in Edenvale, on arrival the consultant said they can’t help me vodaworld must first unflag the my sim card. Sorry, and gave me another number to phone on the 5th that is today because they are close over weekends. I was not happy with the service this was the 2nd store already that not wanted to assist me just tell me came back next week.</p> <p> </p> <p>We went out, my husband said let’s try another store, went in and the first person to help me said they can’t understand why the other stores did not assist. They took my id and made a copy with the fraud letter. They told me they were off line please can I came back half an hour….so we did. Got there the manager was not available to sign the paper and send the needed documents to HO to assist with the unlocking of my contract phone…..11 days later I go back to do a sim swab when I arrived at the store in Greenstone mall, Edenvale my phone was still lock the fraud dept to tell me that my account is in arrears , I have a top up account and my account was debited on the 31st of May already. Still the fraud button was flag on HO side….it took me 11 days just to sort out this problem that was not my fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed in the service and the treatment of Vodacom. My phone was restored only on the 10th of June 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never do business with Vodacom again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Warm regards</p> <p> </p>
<p>Norkem park checkers, we had the worst service ever standing in ques for more than an hour cashiers paying out pension funds not enough cash flow at till points, cashiers leaving the pay point while we standing and waiting our turn then we must move again to other pay point...if they want to pay out pension money allocate tills for that please. I wont shop ever at checkers again.</p>
