Good afternoon I am concerned about the ****roaches in the bus, I was travelling from Colesberg to Johannesburg. Can you please fumigate the buses it is so unhygienic and disappointing. Regards Busi

I took the luxury liner bus from CT to PE and on using the ablutions there wasn't any soap or toilet paper. When I told the co-driver he stated its meant for urination. What a ******** comment to give. All women use toilet paper to urinate or am I the only one? Maybe mention on your website to bring our own so that we come prepares. His attitude sucked and I found him to be rude and not the least bit apologetic. This is a basic service I expected on a luxury bus and I was totally disappointed. I sent their customer services an email to complain when I returned 19th January 2026. Up to date, I still didn't get a response/acknowledgment of email or an apology.

I booked tickets on the 5th of February from Mosselbay to Carletonville. I booked over the phone, talking with an agent. I specifically asked for seats on the dreamliner as i had a broken foot and really needed that extra space. Instead we got booked on the horrible single decker and even though i booked an extra seat, i had to endure 18hrs of extreme pain and discomfort. This is not acceptable. I did email them after to complain but they only said they have the right to change the busses used. Again not acceptable. That singledecker is so small and tight that there is scarcely breathing space. And omw forget about trying to get to the toilet!! Not again. Ever.

Very bad experience yesterday. Booked a 9am bus to Pietermaritzburg. Was to be picked up from Midrand caltex.. Bus arrives at 10,and we were told another bus will take us. We arrived there only to be told the bus will arrive from another station at 11.30am.. The bus only arrived at 12.30, as a senior citizen this is not good at all, there were other seniors as well, we had to stand all those hours.. We only received sms informing us of the delay and was told not to move.. We only arrived in Pietermaritzburg at 7.48pm. My daughter took a little time off to drop me off at the bus station.. We left home 7.15.. All those hours for a senior.. Would never take this liner again.

Hoo my Gosh I "HATE" Greyhound refund department is so unprofessional and useless in doing their Job. I have been in contact with the office for a month wanting my refund from January till to date nothing has happened. I sent emails they never responded when I call they take my number and never call back. The team leader is Myron that person is forever busy to attend to any customer. I am soo annoyed!!!
