Good day, i request refund 7 April for 2 tickets GHBG9SE. I call everyday and email everyday for an update. Was told it takes 21 working days and im stll waiting. I call and they transfer to refund and phone is cut off Please advise status

Driver refused I am very disappointed with the driver who came to my house today and left with a stiking attitude without delivering my order 165219066. He was rude from the call he made to me until he came to the parking, i need his behaviour to be addressed. He left with my order without giving me an explanation and **** saying i refused my order. Good day, i ordered a shoe 8 May 2023, order number 18278152 and logged a return of this shoe 10 May 2013 and order number was 19130473. i sent about 10 email regarding the collection of this shoe and finally it was collected. After quering about the refund the shoe was returned to me, why i have no clue. this shoe is still with me . i have logged a complaint on email, Facebook , Twitter and Instagram but no one is willing to assist. I want thi shoe collected and my refund ASAP.
Someone opened an account will cell c using my identification and i opened a fraud case as advised by cell c in April n they said the will investigate the matter. Today theres an amount of R9128 debited from my account by cell c
I logged a complaint last week regarding access to my zero account and unblocking of my cellphone banking, i was told my matter will be resolved soon. Today they are calling me and this matter is not reserved and they asking me to go to the branch. I have been calling left right and centre and now you tell me to visit branch Fnb please i want to access my money today
I have been calling FNB since 21 of this month regarding my zero account and they said they will unblock my cellphone banking until today I cannot transact from my zero account and today i called again and they dropped my call. Fnb is very incompetent.
Order Confirmation 200502-001-1468. A portion of my order was delivered Sanex x2 an aquaous cream x3 were delivered. An agent called n replaced my order for the rest of the items. Up until today I have not received anything, I tried emailing several times no reply. I would like to cancel that order as I do not need the items anymore. It's a month later and no one is replying, this is very upsetting and frustrating
