Greyhound ****med me my R300 refund. They just decided to ignore me and not pay me
I ordered 1 rollon, 1 pack of 9 toilet papers, 1 moisturiser, 1 toothpaste and face cream SEVEN DAYS ago from Clicks and it's still not delivered. I wouldn't recommend their online service/ store. No one know what's going on. Dissapointed is an understatement. I've had to buy these things at Checkers. The items are still not delievered as we speak

I’m actually so shocked at how pathetic the customer service is at Bradlows. I have been trying to cancel my order and get a refund for a week now They do not answer their emails at all. The same happened when I tried to get a statement This is the worst customer service experience I have ever received.
African Bank might’ve cost me everything. I had put money into my African Bank 7 day investment account with the hopes of withdrawing over 4 weeks (so that I have petrol money for the whole month) I put in a notice for this week’s petrol money, which was supposed to be paid yesterday on 13/02, it was not paid - which meant I didn’t go to work. It’s almost the end of the day today, and it also hasn’t been paid. What’s the use of having a 7 day notice, if you won’t pay it within the stipulated time. Very poor SLA. Very poor communication. I sent the Twitter team a message and they just asked for my number and called it a day. I’m not facing day 2 of not going to work with no valid reason. If I could, I would rate African Bank 0/5, but the lowest is is 1.
Please, for your own sake, don't use this company I had a booking with this company for something so ****ing simple; get my mom's license from cape town police station and deliver it to her in Durban, something so simple apart from no one from the company ever contacting me, I was the only one who called and emailed them, not one person contacted me. Today I was told that they canceled the order because no one knows where the **** Cape Town police station station is, now my mom's license will get destroyed. She's a old lady with difficulty to walk, now she has to go and wait in ques and leave the house because I made the stupid mistake of trusting this company. My booking number is 1575020.

I lodged a claim which got declined on the basis that I was using a sim card that wasn't registered with the phone and my registered numbers on the phone hadn't been used on the phone since the 8th of June 1. On the basis of the sim card being used not being registered: - Firstly, I was using a data only sim card called Rain which doesn't have a cellphone number nor can it make or receive calls, secondly, before I started using that sim card on my phone I called MTN and asked if it was okay to do so since it was a data only sim and they said yes I can use it, the call I made to MTN was between 15 March 2019 and 25 March 2019, I called MTN i think on their MTN insurance and spoke to a coloured lady who even assured me that she will make a note on the system - I was previously mugged a few months ago and made a claim which was APPROVED under these very same circumstances, I had been using my Rain sim card on the phone but somehow that claim got approved and this was got declined, I find that very weird and very fishy 2. On the basis that I hadn't used my registered numbers on my phone for 2+ months - That is a LIE. That is a blatant lie and seems to be a way to decline my claim, I was using my REGISTERED number on my phone on the very same morning I got mugged (10/8/2019). I've been using that number on the phone every single day since it's the contract number that came with the phone The discrepancy I suspect is the fact that I lost my previous phone on the 8th of June and blacklisted that number and then I did a sim swap 15-19 June, maybe the insurance people didn't pick up that the number has been reactivated again, I don't know. The truth is I've been using the REGISTERED number on that phone as per my contractual obligations, I did not use any other number on that phone apart from the data-only sim card which was pre-approved by MTN before I even put it in the phone because I called them, and my previous claim was APPROVED under these VERY SAME CIRCUMSTANCES, but this one is being declined? This is blatant injustice on my part and I would like for this to be reviewed and over turned
