My account was debited twice at Randfontein Village Square Mall. The Manager advised I need to bring my bank statement tomorrow although I provided proof that the money went off from my account. It's their fault. I don't have time to run up and down submitting statements when it's not my fault.
Their pole is in my driveway resulting in me scratching my car. Deon Mamobolo sent an email saying it's not I'm my driveway after 5 different Technicians came to assess and agreed the will move the pole They don't have the material as yet. This was 3 weeks ago
My tracksuit was delivered yesterday. I only received the pants. I sent an email to customer service. I received an automated response that I will be called today. No one called. I called several times holding on for more than 5 minutes no response.
They have been going offline for 3 days in a row. No message was sent to notify their users what the issue is I'm working from home and unable to do my job with diligence. I've been buying data bundles everyday yet my Debit Order for Zoom goes off every month without fail. They need to fix their network or I'm going to cancel my contract. This is unacceptable
