You guys know TFG right? They took me to the legals, I had a learnership which last for 12 months, besides that I'm a student. I signed the contract, aren't the sales people supposed to let you know what kind of a devil you dealing with? No, they just want sales . To activate the account, you need to take something so I took a redbat bag from TFG and proceeded to pay the little I could every month and the things I took amounted to R800 but guess what, I miraculously owe R4300, a whole student, with a bunch of magazines and funeral covers that I did not agree to but was not informed by the lady at sportscene, if I knew I wouldn't have gotten an account that would ruin my credit score. I know I'm not the only one that has problems with TFG.
Usave is shoprites baby and guess what, they never beat the allegations . The opened a new branch here at Vosloorus, the first time my mom brought 3,5KG Goldie brand, and the meat was nothing but frozen Gray rotten meat. The bones were breaking but they were frozen, chipping away. Today my mom bought 5KG Farmers Choice and guess what, the same thing again. Usave is the last in the food chain, created to feed the poor, rotten meat. We are all human and deserve fresh food. Disgusting

Well this is going to be one long story. If I could rate a (-5) I would. Paid my fees on the 2nd of June 2025 at the campus in Braamfontein. Registrations were not open yet but we were told that we can pay for registration. So we paid for my outstanding fees, fees for the repeating 2 modules and 2nd semester registration all on the 2nd of June 2025. The past weeks have been nothing but an emotional rollercoaster and affecting my mental health. I haven't been to school in 2 years so now I am back and it feels like RC has a personal vendetta against me. I went to the campus 4 times before finally registering before classes started, all the while my mom and I keep calling and getting hung up on until 2 weeks back I decided to go to campus and refused to leave until I registered all the while being told that my account was under hold which couldn't get me registered. I had to ask my brother to speak to the supervisor because I was really frustrated and the service was nothing but poor, mind you I also threatened them that I will be reporting this on Hello Peter. After spending almost half the day there, there was some light but at the expense of my mental health. You don't know the turmoil I went through thinking I would register because of their systems and clearly some people are not doing what they are paid for. Just when I thought things were getting better and I could be a normal student, boom, my Arc refuses to get in. So I go to ops and I am told to go to IT, I get there and I am sent to the 12 floor because they also cannot fix this problem, I get and ask for help, as usual I am told that should wait for the next day, it might issues with grouping or the timetable, okay. I constantly check at home if my arc is accessible, nope not. The next day I go there again, it is when I threaten the guy that Rosebanks service is poor and I've had nothing but a bad experience since the beginning of July, that's when he refers me to his supervisor because I am an unhappy student, more so a customer who paid. The lady tells me that I was not enrolled, this was on Tuesday. She said I just give the system "12" hours , well well well, as you can imagine, it's Thursday as I did not have class on Wednesday. I go to the 12 floor and straight to the supervisors office, and she tells me that the guy that is in charge of Arc or something is in a meeting and will call me as he might take time so she took my details but I have not received any call today. Arc has access to Ice tasks and slides with information for each model. As a student that likes to prepare early for tests, I am denied access to a peaceful learning experience at Rosebank College. I have an ICE task for WIL that needs to be uploaded tomorrow, tell me how will I do that? To be honest a transfer or refund might do justice to how Rosebank College from Braamfontein has treated me. I am very much disappointed, this is not how students are treated, more or less customers that pay! No we are human and the least we can give each other is basic humility and as much as it's a business, happy customers generate revenue but after this, I doubt.
Reviewers and readers, Vuma is *********** and does not care about their customers. Here's what happened, we moved into a new house year before last and yes the previous owners had WiFi from Vuma. So now we wanted to install WiFi as I work from home. We app**** properly and everything went through, they came and installed the router and everything, we were told to pay under supersonic as their service provider so that everything can be active, we were given the password, but the password does not go through. We were told that they gave us the reference that belonged to the previous owners, fault on their side. We paid for February and March R400 each month for nothing, no service. R800 down the drain. We sent countless messages and and we have been there at the vosloorus branch more than 3 times and they keep telling us the same story and keep getting assisted by Sibusiso and Vusi who also seem like they don't know what the problem is ,about how the system has changed and there's a fault on the IT side and they keep calling them and that they will send an email or feedback or rather a refund. We have been waiting, it's almost May.
