I get a notification on my app that I can upgrade my credit , I have completed the call back several times but have not received any calls, I than spoke to a consultant who advised that a rep from the branch will contact me but no one has contacted me there either I had 3 calls to them ! It’s been almost 3 months

Took out a contract over a while ago. Received docs and done bank mandates , however no devices delivered . Tamara Short reached out to let me know someone will contact me it’s been over a week still no contact from MTN, no responses to emailed either : This is so frustrating !
FNB authorised 2 payments on my account without sending me a mandate . I have no idea who these companies are and I request a refund
I struggled with a claim for 4 weeks and eventually found light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Martinique Narsi! I was worried that Miway has lost its good people and had resorted to unskilled claims people based on the 2 previous staff I dealt with . Martinique Narsi really went the extra mile to understand the situation and claim notes! She that provided me with feedback to move forward.
Not necessarily a complaint but a request to improve your internal processes and procedures. I am a brand new Budget car insurance client and was super impressed at your services and onboarding services, which indulged my interest to explore your other services, through the app I utilised the call me back lead creation on 26 June for : Household insurance Structural insurance Extended car warranty Extended car service plan I received a call on the day, however the agents did not know why they were calling me, they said that they only had my name and phone nr, I explained to the agent the reason for the call back (above) but he was not able to asssit me and transferred me to the claims department without briefing the agent he transferred me to as to how they can assist , I was not prepared to repeat everything again, so the agent just wished me a good day and ended the call. Being in the industry myself once a client expresses interest in a product/service the lead should be created and generated to the correct sales department which does not happen.
My dad had a last will and testament with Old Mutual where the Financial advisor came to our house to draft the Will. My father has since passed away and we cannot get the WILL as the financial advisor has apparently also passed away prior to my dad. We are struggling with the estate now. I do not recommend anyone to deal with Old Mutual
Outsurance has the best and service providers. I dealt with Myglass for a windscreen chip and they were amazing.
I responded to an sms and immediately received a call back, I explained to the consultant that I was going into a meeting in 10 mins, he assured me that the call will take lesser than that, he took down my details and than transferred me to Justin Johns, With just 3 minutes before my meeting I asked Justin how long the call would take and if he would be able to call me back, he arrogantly asked me why did I not tell the onboarding agent that I was unavailable and that he works in an inbound call centre and cannot call me back!! I told him it was alright and that they need to sort out their internal processes, and I ended the call politely. Justin than sent me an email , where I responded that since he chose not to assist me at my convenience he could rather refer me to someone else. Attitudes like Justin is a reputational risk to a company like debtbusters, please send him for training on client service etiquette!
