I called Capfin to alert them of the late payment for March. I told them that my salary will be paid late and they will receive payment after the 10th of April. Now it's May the payment for April they received as I promised. My credit score has gone down by 15 points because of that. I called Capfin asking them to fix this problem and they are telling me to speak to the credit bureaus about that but they fully knowingly it is them who send that information after I arranged with them

I canceled account with these people around 2018, because I believed they couldn't locate my car when I was testing the reliability of their tracker. I after a certain period of time I was being called and harassed by nimble. Now nimble is on my back and i told them the contract I had with Cartrack I canceled it.

I waited for 2 days for the delivery to come. I had taken leave to sort out my problems, but didn't attend to them because of the above store which said they are delivering and don't come, only to the other. They were supposed to assemble the wardrobe but deliver and told someone will come early in the morning to do it. It's already to 11am and they have not arrive and don't even know if they are coming. I have in contact with the store since this morning. I can't even take this weekend to go and sort my problems because I'm waiting again.

I just checked my statement to find budget is still reaping me. Last time when I reported them here they say they have stopped the debit order. They are still taking my money. Please Hellopeter help me with these people. I'm really tired of them. Tell what is the best way to deal with them.

The reviews I read here makes me wonder. I'm also paying this company true debt collectors. I started not to trust them after they handed me over to debit collectors when I lost my work and couldn't pay the loan I took from them. The time I signed for the loan, I was told the loan is insured incase I loose job. I send them a termination letter and they told me I'm only covered if I'm retrenched. What is the difference when the contract is terminated and I can't pay, due the lost of income. When I wrote a review to here they didn't answer me here on the platform, they send on the privately because they know what they told me is not correct. I'm still busy trying to get help from NCR.

I have been receiving answers from Wealthtec which are not opening. Ask helopeter to check if they open because I suspect Wealthtec has done it purposely not the answers to open. What's is the use for me to write reviews if there's no answer. The last 3 reviews won't open. Why the previous ones opened if they are doing the right thing? And the reviews which would not open was about my money which they took.

I'm deep in trouble after I made arrangements with Wealthtec to debit at the end of June and after I signed they took my money at the end of May now I'm in trouble than before, because the money was reserved to pay where else. I have been trying to get the money back but the they tell me the portfolio manager is working at his home. I spoke to him last week and he promised to fix the problem. Up to now he has not contacted me and the people who were supposed to get paid are calling me now then. Please that Mr must pay back so that I pay.
