I would like to share my very disappointing experience with FinChoice Funeral Policy. I submitted a funeral claim on the 12th of March. The claim was only approved on the 16th of March, and as of today, the 19th of March, I have still not received any payment. The funeral is scheduled for the 21st of March, and I have not been able to pay the undertakers or make the necessary arrangements. This has caused immense stress during an already painful and difficult time. No one deserves to go through this kind of uncer*****y when they are grieving and trying to prepare for a loved one’s funeral. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to reconsider using FinChoice for funeral cover.

I'm very unhappy with finchoice. I like my policy however they keep deducting from my bank account on any day that suits them. I have a debit order on the 3rd of every month, but they went in on the 25th, 30th and even on the 11th. Apparently they debit order mandate allow the debit order 3 days before and 3 days after. Why? I don't understand cause this policy is not in arrears. And a policy is a freedom of choice, unlike a loan. I do not owe finchoice anything and I'm sick and tired of unnecessary bank charges on my bank account. They sent me an email saying if they cancel the debit order they will cancel the policy. I will request a copy of my policy and read it again cause I don't remember anything in the policy stating that.

Hello good people. Whoever read my last review about this Company would be glad to read this latest review. I hope some Companies could take notes and learn to listen and pay attention when consumers speak. Finchoice responded to my complaint and swiftly rectified the mistake. I want to commend them and tell people out there that could be looking for reputable loan Companies to know that this is one Company that listens to us and act accordingly. Thank you Finchoice. I appreciate that you returned my money which was debited without my consent. Keep up the good work and keep listening to your customers.

I'm still having an unsolved problem with finchoice. This people are collecting money from my account every month alleging that I have a policy with them. I don't even have any details of the alleged policy whilst on the other side tey're abusing me with messages and calls from their lawyers (MBD) who are threatening me with legal action without providing details of whatever they are alleging that I owe to their client (Finchoice).

I have a negative credit score due to Finchoice not updating their system or ITC. This account was paid up long ago and even have a credit on, but yet the account on my credit report shows as outstanding. They are quick to phone for money and nagging for money but when you are paid up and need them to close the account they are slow and the communication from their side is non existent. I told them to write off the credit in order for the account to be closed and to send paid up letter. This doesn't solve my issue or question as to why the ITC hasn't been updated long a go. Please can someone from Finchoice get this sorted for me without any waiting periods as this is lack of service from your side - the ITC should have been updated long ago even showing that there is a credit - shouldn't it have? Definitely not recommending Finchoice to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional people working at this company. They keep phoning a phone number that does not belong to the person they are looking for. After telling them that they have the wrong number they keep phoning every 30min asking the same question and getting the same answers. this has been going on for months and no one is helping

Unrelaible , unproffesional and irresponsible...My query is still not resolved, they still continue as usual, horrible customer experience, requested them to refund me after they cancelled my policy after making an arrangement with them, debiting on wrong dates so they can cancel my policy!!!! whats worse is that they dont even follow process, they threw me to some claims department, when I fill in the forms, there are parts that they need to fill oas the company, this shows thatthey have to esclalate my request on my behalf to the claims depart, of which they didnt do... all they did was to sharve me with contacts to claim for myself, I simply asked them to reinstate since it wasnt my fault they debited on wrong dates, they refused and decided to save their employee for generously assisting me with an arrangement...I will not rest until it gets sorted accordingly!!!!!
