Vodacom have a bad habit of not honouring a agreement when a person takes a contract with them they do not debit and then they hand it over to their lawyers but they don’t state why they didn’t honour the agreement of the contract by debiting
I had a contract with Vodacom and they didn’t debit as per agreement so now they have handed my contract to HPI attorney for collection but at first their client didn’t stick to the agreement now they are making it my problem for the none payment HP10261443
On the Black Friday I booked my car for service and I went to drop it off at the shop along side with many who were there for the Black Friday discount and I left my car there after registering at the desk after they came and check everything on the car before handing them the keys and what transpired is that as the hours went by I kept checking my car on the Tracker app after 3hrs and it was still parked where I had left it so I went there and asked when my car will be serviced and they said they will not close until all the cars were serviced. So I left and when it was almost 6pm I kept checking my car on the tracker app and it had not moved and at 6:30pm finally the car moved to go inside the workshop and by 7:30 I went to the workshop and found the car had been parked outside seems like they were done servicing it and I paid but as the days I could feel that this car had not been serviced they just increased the kilometres on the service app like it had been serviced because the way it sounded before i took it for service it still sounded that way and as I suspect that my car vehicle was not serviced they made like it was but as a owner I know how it feels and doesn’t when it’s serviced so I was ****med by the Rustenburg workshop people to say my car was serviced and it doesn’t sit well with me cause I have to travel long distance this December and with a car that wasn’t serviced i can’t travel far now
I paid R25000.00 deposit for a bed of R55000.00 in 2021to adjust4sleep ,balance was to be paid on delivery, meantime I lost my job, immediately the company was informed of the situation and I won’t be able to proceed with the deal and requested the refund of deposit. Their advice was to raise the minimum of R14000.00 to secure the deal. I informed them I have tried without any success. In 2024 again requested the company to refund they refused.please assist.
Since I paid a deposit of R25000. 00 to Adjust4Sleep in 2021, a electric bed the balance was R29000. 00 which was to be paid on delivery. Meantime I lost my job , immediately I informed the company that I won't be able to continue with the deal. They requested me to raise at list R14000 to secure the deal. I couldn't in 2024 i requested the company to refund the deposit they refused.please assist.
People are getting their cards ****med at the Toll gate on the N4 by the Marikana toll gate near kroondal so please look into this matter because some of us don’t like carrying cash so if cards are getting ****med theirs it’s a problem for us people who use the N4
I was at Spar Tops in Rustenburg Square and some alcohol and when i moved away a meter from fridge some beers fell so I was forced to pay them even due I didn’t break them
I have a friend who finished paying his phone contact with Vodacom but they are still deducting and also have closed off his phone so that it doesn’t do anything and apparently they say that they are busy investigating that it’s his number so what kinda of business is this and how can people trust you that when they finished paying their contract y’all won’t stop deducting?? The sales ladies at the Rustenburg mall Branch are very rude, I brought a ring for repair and it went with its box but when they brought the ring back it has no box and they giving me a attitude when I asked for the box of the ring telling me that it is I who lost the box but I gave it in with the ring
