I have a problem with payjustnow,their app does not work it keep denying my email address while they sending me emails when i report they respond but not helping whith the bug in their app they do not care about their customers i have been reporting no feedback about the problem and their app sometimes it work sometimes not it embarrasing when you do shopping only to find out its not working it was okey while its an abroad app since its South Asfica app never work properly what can we do about it?

I would like my available limit to be rescored after improving my credit score after a few years. I tried reaching out to them on their "support bot" and also emailed them, but no real assistance. It has already been about 2 weeks or so.

Today marks +-30days and there is still no refund. I urgently need the money to repurchase, which is now on hold. I am also dissapointed with their acredited merchant Chekich. PayJustNow support has been unhelpful and keeps redirecting me between themselves and the merchant, with no clear resolution or timeframe. I open account bought gas heater, after made 1 payment then account was on arrears due to my financial difficulties. Now av settled account they still call me for payment. They send my account today lawyer before hearing from me whats wrong. Sadly av paid up account but to them I still reflect unpaid
