Interest charged not as per their policy.
I've received email statement that my installments were not collected while I had enough funds in my account. The installations were due yesterday, when I checked from the there are fees added to my account. The was no notification of insufficient funds from my bank account. It is the second time now this incident is occurring.I actually charged interests while they are not deducted money and within the 24hrs period as per their policy.0 replies
