We bought a property through Auction-All and the property registration is done by Hammond Pole Inc it has been 10 months now no hope of occupation and we paying rent, it has been a rollercoaster and a very frustrating transition emails are not answered eventually when you get hold of the consultant assisting no positive response extremely frustrated by this firm, I don't know why they were even selected because from the trail of complains they have and most left unresolve.

Hammond Pole Attorneys continues to harass me with repeated collection demands for an account I have never opened. Despite my numerous requests that they cease contacting me and my refusal to provide personal information for a debt that is not mine, they persist in sending multiple collection emails daily. This conduct is unprofessional, harassing, and demonstrates a failure to properly verify the alleged debt before pursuing collections. I have made it clear that they may proceed with whatever further actions they threaten, as I do not have any overdue accounts with any institution. Their ongoing behavior is unacceptable and must stop immediately.

I have received multiple emails from HP Attorneys between 29 April and 7 May 2026 regarding an alleged FNB credit card account (Ref: HP10951092). Each email, from different representatives, requested personal information such as ID number, date of birth, address and contact numbers, allegedly for POPIA compliance. Despite several written requests, HP Attorneys has not provided any of the documentation required to establish lawful authority or verify the existence of any enforceable claim. This includes: proof of mandate from FNB, the original credit agreement, a complete and itemised statement of account, the date of last payment or acknowledgment, and a POPIA‑compliant disclosure identifying the lawful basis for processing my personal information and the source from which it was obtained. In terms of sections 11–12 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, personal information may only be processed for a specific, lawful and explicitly defined purpose. No such purpose has been demonstrated. In addition, debts of this nature prescribe after three years in terms of section 10 read with section 11(d) of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, and HP Attorneys has provided no evidence that prescription has been interrupted. I have formally instructed HP Attorneys to cease requesting personal information and to refrain from further collection activity until the required documentation is provided. I have also reserved all rights to refer the matter to the Information Regulator, National Credit Regulator and Legal Practice Council should the conduct continue.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding ongoing emails I continue to receive from Michael Tshinukha at HP Attorneys concerning an alleged outstanding FNB debt. This matter was already settled in full through a Full and Final Settlement agreement with LWM Debt Recovery. Despite the account having been resolved, I am still being contacted and pressured for payment as if the debt remains outstanding. I find this conduct unacceptable and extremely concerning, especially after taking the necessary steps to settle the matter in good faith. Continued collection attempts on a settled account may amount to harassment and raises serious concerns regarding internal communication, record keeping, and compliance with debt collection regulations. I request the following urgently: • Immediate cessation of all collection emails and communication regarding this account. • Written confirmation that the account is settled and closed. • Confirmation that HP Attorneys and any related parties have updated their systems accordingly. • Assurance that no adverse action or listing will be pursued on a debt that has already been settled. Consumers should not be subjected to repeated collection attempts after complying with settlement agreements. I trust this matter will be addressed urgently!!!
