I paid off my vodacom accounts, it's now settled but the say I must waut 21 days for the paid up letter. I cannot afford to wait that long as I urgently need it. Kindly intervene so that my matter can be resolved within 5 days

I had a contract with Vodacom and they didn’t debit as per agreement so now they have handed my contract to HPI attorney for collection but at first their client didn’t stick to the agreement now they are making it my problem for the none payment HP10261443

MTN South Africa – Legal / Credit Management Department I am writing to formally dispute the message I received stating that my MTN account is in default and that legal action may be taken under Section 129 of the National Credit Act (NCA). I categorically deny owing any outstanding amount to MTN. I have not been provided with any valid statement, invoice, or proof of debt that justifies this claim. Please note the following: 1. No debt is acknowledged. 2. In terms of the National Credit Act, a Section 129 notice must be based on a valid, existing credit agreement and an actual default. If MTN believes otherwise, you are required to provide: • A copy of the signed credit agreement • A full statement of account • Proof of default and how the amount was calculated 3. Until such proof is provided, I consider this matter formally disputed, and any continued threats of legal action or adverse credit reporting may constitute harassment and non-compliance with the NCA and POPIA. I request written confirmation within 7 working days that: • This account has been placed under dispute, and • No legal action or credit bureau listing will proceed while the dispute is unresolved. Failure to resolve this matter may leave me with no option but to escalate the complaint to: • MTN Customer Complaints, • The National Credit Regulator (NCR), and • ICASA, if required.

My name is Yemvelo Sonka, MTN handed over my account to Hammondpole attorney's. I've since settled the account on the 20th of November 2025 but am being sent from pillar to post for a proof of settlement between the 2 entities. My future employment is hanging on this as I need to clear the adverse. Today on the 29th of December I am still being sent up and down. I need this resolved ASAP, its been WELL OVER A MONTH!!!! Chantelle from MTN customer care and MTN appointed attorneys Hammondpole Attoneys please issue me the letter HP**********0. cell **********
