Vidacom insufficient customer care
Im battli g with Vidacom since May to fix the deal on my contact. Everytime i call or go there they say its fixed. And when i call now theyve blocked me because of all the calls i made to them and the problem is not fixed yet. How difficult can it be!!!!!

Sassa old age pension
I applied for old age pension July 2020 and still today I did not receive anything yet. I'm trying to phone head office but no reply, no matter time if the day I phone. I think it's ridicules to battle like this since I don't have an income.

For the past 2 weeks therr is poor or little signal in Winterton KZN area and nobody seems to do anything about it. Messages takes up to 11 hours to be delivered

Bad servuce
I got the SIM. Doing Rica they accept my money and photos but not my address. Nothing wrong with the document. So what do they want to do with my address if they got paid already and I'm not buying on credit. All I need is internet!!!

Just when lockdown started my wifi did nit work. I was told to wait till after lockdown and take it to a vodacom shop and they will send it in for repairs Now im at Northgate and they dont want to take it in for repairs
